And they lady I spoke with telling her the men's restroom needs to be closed off as well said " has it gotten worse?" As if I knew what it looked like before but it jus disgusts me that they knew the restrooms looked that way and still left the men's room open and available to the public. IN THE FUTURE if this were to happen again I HIGHLY recommend that the restrooms door be locked so tha we the people cannot walk into something so horrendous and the air that is infected by sh*t particles. That is a serious health violation especially since holiday-YOU sell food every time any door opens or closes the air is being shared/ pushed out the bathroom or even the entrance and exit doors fresh air is entering the building as the air in the build is being pushed out. It all started with my prescription being sent to the *other* Walgreens on Northern Lights. That one no longer has a pharmacy. I naively assumed the script would be transferred to this location. I waited in line here for an hour to find out that was not the case. The line was probably an hour because Walgreens is shutting down pharmacies. So I called my doctor and had them re-send the script. I then came back 3 hours later and...they didn't know what I was talking about and told me to take a chair. It was getting late and I was starving so I left. I came back the next morning when they opened up the pharmacy and there was already an enormous line. My food order was done at Spenard Roadhouse and it looked like I still had another 20 minutes in line so I left so my food wouldn't get cold. I came back later in the day and waited 30 minutes in line and they told me they didn't have a phone number for me and would text me when it's available. FINALLY. Why did they not just do this from the start? (It's now 4 hours later and I still haven't gotten a text) So one more wait in line and I should finally have it. The parking lot here is filthy. Filled with debris and detritus that could damage your tires or footwear. I saw someone doing intravenous injections near the door on one of my visits to wait in line. Rough spot.

It looks like it has been out of order for a very long time. As you look around the outside of the station it is dirty and the fuel pumps need servicing. To try and get some assistance from the employees on where another dump station might be in the area, we were met with " Yeah, that way (pointing toward Anchorage), it's called Anchorage!" Another quote was "Can't you read the sign!!" The management of this station in regard to functioning services, stock, and cleanliness and employee treatment of customers is nonexistent and has been so for an extended period. I filed a report with the assistant manager and she said someone would get in touch. 2 days later no calls. I contacted the general manager and he told me I would receive a call from his regional manager-no call. Called him back next day-told I would get a call within 30 minutes. Yep no call. So I called him back and was told he left message for his manager to call him and once she did he would instruct her to contact me. So it's now 8 hours later and no calls from either. So either she never called him or I'm getting run around. Either way not a place I will do busy in ever again.
