On my way down to the Alabama gulf, I messaged them asking for instructions on accessing the property. There never was a reply, when I arrived I messaged them again, no answer. After a two hour wait I finally Googled Beach Front Rentals & Sales and was given the access code to enter the secure parking lot. When I saw the room - Unit 411 was not as advertised. The ad clearly states the master bedroom had a queen sized bed, but all of the mattresses in the unit were full sized beds, so my wife and I slept in different rooms. The room was not very clean, several kitchen utensils were lacking, mainly a spatula. We received two rolls of toilet paper for a one week booking. When my wife asked about the possibility of an extra roll of toilet paper, the lady at the desk said, "It's like renting a home for a week", you have to buy it. They give you more toilet paper to live on in prison. Also one paper towel roll - that's it. The screen to the outside deck was not attached at the bottom. The furniture on the patio was rusted and dirty. Inside the carpets had stains on them. We tried to make the best of it and went and purchased some cleaning supplies, and cleaned the unit ourselves. We ended up leaving three days early as our backs could not endure sleeping on the cheap spring mattresses in the unit. So if you rent this unit be sure to bring, full size bed mattress toppers, cleaning supplies, a spatula, some extra toilet paper and paper towels. My suggestion to this company is to take a little more pride in what you do and strive to offer a more accommodating vacation experience and strive for providing excellence with your management service. Anyone can be average or complacent. I would have paid an extra one hundred dollars for the week to have had everything be as advertised. But alas, it is not. Let the renter beware, and stay away from this terrible experience.

Dust bunnies all over, pillows are flat. We complained at the counter when we checked out and they did NOTHING. Said the bugs were part of nature and why we visited AL. Beautiful view from 4th floor but not worth it for the customer service. Look elsewhere!! Not recommend.

When it comes to making pit stops on road trips if there's a Buc-ee's in the vicinity I'm stopping. So much to see, so much to choose from when it comes to snacks and sandwiches and such, and plenty of clean and sparkling facilities if you need to relieve yourself! Will I be back? If you find yourself cruising Perdido Beach Blvd and get a hint from that little annoying light on…read morethe dash followed by a faint "ding" you might want to pull into this tiny station to fuel up, hopefully you know which side of the car the fueling door is on especially if you're in a rental because you may only get one shot at getting to the pumps here. On the day I visited the patrons were about as creative as the Kama Sutra maneuvering to position their fuel access doors as close as possible to the nearest nozzle at the expense of anyone in their way. Fortunately I was in the Fiat and was able to fit in a space few would consider an option making getting in and out relatively painless. This station seems to be a popular venue for the locals who have no issue leaving their vehicles unattended in front of the pumps while going inside to wait in the exhausting line at the counter or the even longer line designated for the restrooms (that's definitely the line to avoid at all cost). I don't know how many fueling options there are on this stretch of the boulevard but something seems to draw the masses to this place, maybe it's the competitive gas prices or the price of a bag of ice. Hint - Just in case you don't know which side of the rental car the gas door is on you can always look at the fuel gauge on the dash, the little arrow next to the fuel level indicator is pointing towards the side of the vehicle the fuel door is on, yes quite the engineering feat...

The manager Greg, is a great person to know and will jump in and help quickly. They have pump outs at the fuel dock. We have enjoyed our 6 months here. Good people and plenty of places to eat around the vacation destination island. Worth noting is an Ace hardware only a few miles north. The view here is pretty terrific.

My daughter said she was so literally so happy and we all left feeling like our vacation was made. Also, Brian and Matt were so friendly, made us laugh, and invited us to experience all the boat had to offer, letting my husband up into the Captain's quarters and making conversation. However, the gas station needs an update…read more Every time we stop here either the pumps do not work (we then have to move our car until we find a pump that does work), or the receipts will not print (we then have to go indoors, get in line and wait for a receipt) and the water bins are always empty probably because they are typically short staffed. Place looks dirty inside and at gas pumps. We are disappointed that such a gas station/convenient store exists in such a nice community.
