This place is super understaffed. When I walked in to speak to an associate for help finding a…read moreproduct, I couldn't find anybody available. IT WAS AN EMPTY STORE. I HAD TO WALK OUTSIDE TO MAKE SURE THEIR BUSINESS HOURS WERE CORRECT. I had walked aisle through aisle in search of somebody. It was completely empty and I can not stop repeating that to myself and this was at 5:00 P.M. I went to the back to ask the Pharmacy techs if there was anyone to help me out but the girl in the back told me that the associate is somewhere in the aisles tagging items. I told her I just checked the place and it's empty. I thought to myself, if I was a thief....I can easily walk out of here with probably a whole bunch of items and even the cash register before anybody notices since there was no one there. The girl Pharmacy tech just said, "oh" and I told her "I'll just try looking for an associate again." I was kind of hoping she could have gotten on the CVS business phone and intercom'ed somebody to help at the front but I guess it doesn't really work that way. The guy that was working the Pharmacy was extremely busy& on the phone talking to customers so I def wasn't going to ask him to ping somebody up to the front. the store overall is very clean, I felt safe walking around in there and there was plenty of parking. They do have a Amazon drop point if you have returns from amazon. They have good range of selection of stuff from drinks, makeup, neccesities, and even baby stuff if you need something quick. Their prices are of course expensive though.

The best staff I have ever encountered! The ladies in the pharmacy know you by name very quickly…read moreand are helpful , accommodating and patient with any thing you need. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a prescription at their busiest time. The store staff are excellent as well. I am ALWAYS greated the moment I walk through the door and helped if needed. I feel like a traitor if I need to use a different pharmacy, haha. The CVS bucks and coupons are very useful as well.

Had the pharmacy tell me they couldnt fill my prescription until it had been 29 days since the last…read morefilling. I pulled out my phone calendar and counted the days in front of her showing it was day 29 and she looked me right in my face and said no sir it's only 28 and refused to fill it. I'm out of town working so I hadn't filled there before but isn't that supposed to be one of the perks, get your prescription filled wherever you're at. Won't be going back to that one... Not even for toilet paper!

This store sucks. They advertised a sale item and then gave me the sale price on 2 items and over…read morecharged me on the other 4 sale items. The girl said there was nothing she could do to fix this and said it was not false advertisement to advertise something on sale and it not be. Per state law this is illegal you must give the customer the sale price. I took all items back and got my money back as the sale price should have been 4.00 dollars and I was charged over 10.00.
