Horrible experience with the owners Toni and Shannon. Didn't even spend 40s hours with them to realize the unprofessional treatment towards customers and employees. I hope they learn to do better. The experience I had was unacceptable for anyone. There is nothing confidential if you don't want people to know how horrible you are then don't be horrible to people. I have never seen more petty drama in my 39 years. You both harassed me after my last shift last Saturday all week. You friend requested me on Facebook then text me asking why we can't be friends. I voiced my experience and you both talked to me like garbage. I matched your respect on each level and should have never wasted my time. I knew from day 1 yall would be drama the way you both speak about customers. I hope you both realize how crazy all this is. I was open and honest from the first conversation and was taunted up to a week after leaving. There is no business owner who has the right to harass a person for not wanting to work with them. I have every screen shot and message also. Cameras work both ways remember that. I hope a court and judge sees this harassment over the last week. Who calls animal control on a person because they leave a bad Google review that is 100% truth. Honestly look at this review from 4 months ago who speaks to people this way?????? Things only got worse apparently now they think harassment and tax evasion is ok. Ill never keep a horrible experience to myself, its the entire reason I've built this Google page so people can see the truth in a company. I have absolutely nothing to hide. I spent money here then helped them price products for 40 hours to help them at 11 bucks and now I'm being harassed over choosing to leave this place. This is not acceptable and a judge will agree. Here is the animal control officer they sent to my home. I knew it was them even before the officer confirmed it. They have never seen my animals but felt the need to call on me because I left this job. Here is the truck they sent to my home this past Friday almost 7 days after my last day there. The officer laughed and I keep all my pets online publicly on an Ivy Rescue Page. I have never had to hide anything regarding my life or animals. So no there is nothing confidential shared it was all my experience knowing these two for not even 3 weeks now. Who sends an animal control officer to a good dog owners home who shares everyday photographs of the animals on a public rescue page over a Google review. This is the type of stuff you deal with getting involved with this place. I am warning anyone so nobody goes through what I have over the last month for a part time job paying 11 an hour to price products....... If they continue to harass me ill keep updating everyone! Check out Shannon aka one of the owners trying to hurt a rescue with a review not realizing its just a page to encourage others to adopt and rescue. Never claimed to be anything else. Pretty funny id say this clears up her lying saying she didn't call animal control. What a sad owner! This just proves everything I said. I mean why would she even review that page she only worked with me 40 hours and has never rescued an animal just treats employees like garbage who actually do rescue and care for animals. I decided to add the text harassment and lies sent and said to me bc I chose to leave this unprofessional and illegally ran business. Talk about harassment over text after I no longer worked there and the harassment after attacking my personal life and self. Also they track employees on an app and will monitor where and how long it takes for you to pick up the owners lunch when you don't even get a break just use your own personal gas to run their errands like grabbing food, went to the bank and post office all on my dime. Not including the fact you have to use your own cell phone you pay for to work there and do the job they want never providing phones or financial benefits for the gas and cell phone use for the owners.

We would shop there about twice a week and I always bought them some makeup. I don't think their prices are any cheaper than a drug store for the off brand makeup sold, but I am an avid supporter of our Grand Bay community and local businesses so I didn't mind the price. Over the past month I have spent approx. $130.00 in this store. On 11/2/21 my 11 year old was looking at a bottle of foundation and removed it from the box, she was followed by the owner and attempted to get to where I was on the next aisle and was cut off by said owner. Daughter tried to go around another way and the owner cornered her, asked what she was doing, grabbed her pants and pulled out her pockets and took the item from her hand and accused her of stealing and being suspicious. I asked what she was doing and she screamed at me in the store which had other customers and employees. When I apologized for the box being open I told her that usually several of the boxes are already open because it's a bargain store-like a goodwill but items are not second hand. But I said if it was sealed I apologize that she opened it but I didn't think she meant harm or to steal it because I was going to buy it anyway like usual. When I asked her about her putting her hands in my daughters pockets she denied it, screamed at me and threatened to call the police. My husband tried to diffuse the situation and apologized for the box being open and said we were trying to understand why someone would put their hands on a child when her mother was right there in the store. She called the police who expressed to me that she is a very frequent caller and extremely difficult and miserable to deal with. Since there were not cameras in the area where she cornered my daughter it was our word against hers about putting her hands on her. I would strongly suggest that this store be avoided at all costs. The owner is not usually in there but the other employees know my daughters and myself as we are in there so often, and there was not a word said about how I buy makeup along with other things in there almost weekly. My daughter was humiliated, assaulted and wrongly accused of stealing something that she was holding in her hand while inside of the store. This is by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had and anyone with children should be very careful in here because this woman has no boundaries and does not mind putting her hands on children.
