Seemed to be a pretty typical Walgreens. The cashier was friendly and the store was clean. Prices were good on coolers, which is what I came for and I didn't leave empty handed. I don't frequent Walgreens all that often but this one is pretty good from the ones I have seen. read more

I honestly don't even know where to begin with this joke of a pharmacy. I see all the old reviews and am shocked it sounds like the same people still work there and no formal reviews were made. My wife dropped off my prescription at 2pm today. I showed up to pick up my prescription around 5pm. I was told that they did not have it. The drive thru technician is extremely rude, not a sorry or anything. After calling the pharmacy to question where my prescription was I was met with more rudeness. Apparently if you say this is bs, they lose all patience with you. They were trying to tell me and my wife that we were lying. After a 2 hour ordeal, they finally found the prescription filed under the wrong date. The icing on the cake was they didn't even have it attached to the correct profile. I updated all of my information last week, never received an email confirmation about my prescription. This pharmacy is lackluster and needs to be investigated. If this is how they treat their patients, I feel bad for the ones who frequent this location. If I were you, I'd take any prescriptions elsewhere. Just a lack of professionalism on so many levels and they want be help accountable. Walgreens should be ashamed of this type of service read more

My child was sick on a Saturday otherwise I would have never used this pharmacy. First, they didn't know how to enter the insurance information and told us to come back in an hour (at 2:00pm after lunch) for the girl who did know how, or pay $77. We came back at 2:00pm they didn't even reopen the pharmacy after lunch until 2:10pm, finally get the prescription after a long line of other people having issues with them. I get home and open the bag, the tops weren't even closed all the way, the medicine leaked all in the the bag. Who knows if I even will have enough doses for my child to last 10 days? To make matters worse the prescription wasn't even mixed all the amoxicillin powder it was still on the bottom of the bottle. I will never go back to this Walgreens again. read more

The personnel exhibited rudeness. I've attempted to obtain my prescription for a month, making three calls over a 3 1/2 week span. Both the pharmacy tech and pharmacist displayed aggressiveness and impatience with patients. Consider investigating this matter. I won't utilize this pharmacy in the future. read more

Insanely long wait times! Plan to spend a very long time here if you need anything from the pharmacy. This Walgreens provides only one line for everything, including their so called "Express Pickup", for picking up prescriptions or for simply dropping off a prescription. read more

I've been coming to this Walgreens for over 6 years now. In the begging they were spot on w/all of my regular prescriptions. Since the past 2 years it has become a nightmare to get any prescriptions on time. They are always out of all medications. While out of town we received a notice that a prescription was ready. We called and told them when we would return and asked if they would hold it until then. We were told yes. I showed up to pick it up only to find out they put it back in stock. I explained the situation and asked if they could fill it while I waited. I was told no they were too busy. This is not the first time this has happened. The next time I am going to stay in the drive through lane until they give me the medication so please don't beep at me if you happen to be behind me. read more

I waited for 45 min to talk to someone about why my husband wasnt able to pick up my prescription only to be told in less than one second after 45min of waiting "please hold" then abruptly the phone hung up. I am extremely displeased and their in person reason for as to why I could not get my pain killer was that it hadn't been enough days for me to receive it when i in fact had a second paper prescription written by my surgeon to get more since I was still in great pain and unable to sleep. They still refused to fill the medication. If it weren't for Walgreens being the only current carrier of the medication I would will and am taking all my pharmaceutical needs elsewhere as they do not care about their customers or time constraints on medication. I Highly recommend NOT to use this particular pharmacy they don't listen to reason or want to find a solution to problems or concerns. read more

I would NEVER recommend the PHARMACY to anyone. They never have prescriptions ready when they say they will be and they more than frequently do not have medications in stock!!! The drive through is overrun and most of the time there's a line a mile long when you go in the store. I have waited more than an hour inside before being told they were working on it. I'm going to be completely honest. I have NEVER been to a pharmacy that is so just absolutely incompetent. I have had multiple occasions of requesting prescription refills then proceeding to try to pick up the prescription only to find out that the medication is out of stock, there is some unknown issue with insurance, or that there is just no record of my refill request, WITH NO NOTICE OR ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME. On top of this, I have tried to pick up said prescription 3 different times AFTER the initial attempt to pick up the requested refill, each time being told that the request was never put in and that they would fill it and to come back later. Very disappointing, frustrating, and not acceptable from a pharmacy as large as this. From now on, I will be taking my prescriptions to quite honestly any pharmacy except Walgreens. I'm not sure what has happened to this entire company because this seems to be a recurring issue with almost any Walgreens I use. read more

The service at this Walgreens pharmacy used to be topnotch but it has gotten really poor in recent years. The only thing they excel at is making you wait. I have given up on using their drive thru window as you can expect a minimum 30 minute wait. They appear to be very disorganized as they always have to search for the prescription I am there to pick up. read more

The pharmacy is clearly understaffed. There is always a long line and extremely long wait times. The staff isn't friendly or knowledgeable. It's actually worth it to drive to Daphne or Spanish Fort Walgreen's to fill your prescriptions. read more

If you order anything from there (which I would NOT recommend) call before you go to pick it up and make sure you check your order thoroughly! I have worked in the retail business for over 25 years and the experience I had was unacceptable! There is an old, most definitely senile after the uncalled for behavior today, woman who works in this Walgreens. The reason I know she is senile is there is no way a sane woman would insult their customers the way she did. And after we let her know she was being incredibly mean she further insulted us. We asked her name and she refused to tell us. I wouldn't give her a name tag either if I was the manager from sheer embarrassment that my worker was not taught basic manners at any point in her life. Turns out multiple other people have had similar experiences. This store is wonderful otherwise- but Walgreens I suggest you let the nameless employee enjoy retirement where she does not have to interact with other happy, kind members of the community. The world is ugly enough already- there is no reason to bring others down intentionally.
