Good morning, I would like to follow up regarding a very unpleasant experience I had this morning at your Chevron location. I prepaid $20 for gas, but the pump suddenly stopped working before my tank was full. I went back to the cashier to ask why the pump had stopped after I had already paid. Instead of helping me, the Spanish-speaking lady at the register responded with a very poor attitude and began yelling at me in front of other customers waiting in line. She then said she was going to call the manager. I have lived in this neighborhood for about 10 years and have been a regular customer at this Chevron location for many years. During that time, I have never had an experience like this. I was disappointed by the way I was treated and felt embarrassed by the situation. I hope this matter can be addressed so that no other customer has to experience the same treatment I received this morning. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding this incident. Service here is alright nothing wrong with the employees but not displaying any prices for any products is crazy. No drinks, chips, gum, nothing having prices and instead barcodes and qr codes that take you to their advertising websites is useless to me read more

Literally the best Chevron I've ever been to. The third shift gentleman was so nice. I pre paid for gas and I had leftover. He literally ran outside and told me that the balance would go back onto my card. I really appreciated that. So sweet, went the extra mile!!! Oh and it has a car wash and a McDonald's drive thru attached to it. I did not go to the car wash but I did go to mcDonalds in which the drive thru window lady did not take my order for 5 minutes, no one was in line. read more

Not a bad gas station. There is room for improvement, they are trying to improve and over time you can see the improvements! Things to note about the station: 1) They need to price mark what each product is within the gas station. There are so many products that are not price marked at this time. 2) It might really help if they power wash the area, there is so much gum and gunk on the ground it is unreal. *3) The folks here are real rock stars! Always smiles on their faces and kind words as they help you! Keep up the hard work folks! read more

It's a gas station. And a Mcdonalds. How great is that?! Seriously--seems to be clean and staffed with friendly peeps. Gas prices seem fairly normal. Perhaps *slightly* lower than uptown proper. If both lanes if the mcdonalds is busy, just go inside--much faster. read more

Do not use the carwash. This carwash is a "No Touch" carwash that not only touched my car but it also caused $5500+ worth of damages. These damages were 100% the gas station owners fault for neglecting to properly service the carwash. read more

Went through the car wash and it literally tore off the side panel of my SUV. It also left a huge scratch near the back on the same side. The manager (Menash?) found my panel in the car wash the next day and blamed me, said it looked like there was rust which must have caused it to come off. The car has never left the south.. no rust found whatsoever. When I spoke to the woman who was working there that night, she claimed many people have had similar issues. I am convinced that it rains mud in Dallas..and even though it's cold and supposed to rain within two days I got my car washed. On a scale of 1 to 10 my car was a solid 9. This barely qualifies as a car wash...I mean, it seemed like there was water, water pressure and soap involved but my car is still dirty. On a scale of 1 to 10 my car is now an 8. For $6 I expect to go down to a 1 on a scale of 1 to 10. There is gas, a McDonald's, a convenient store and a very, very sub par car wash all in one but, fo real, don't get your car washed there. read more

Located just of central and fitzhugh, this Chevron location can be super conveinent. Not just for the overpriced gas.(haha) If you are in need of cigs, beer, or just a greasy old cheeseburger, this is your one stop shop. There is a Mcdonalds located within the walls of the store. Not to mention the staff is overly friendly. There is a gentleman at the counter and his attitude is amazing. Always smiling and asking how your day or night is going. On a long haul back to East Dallas from the Oaklawn area, this Chevron provides as the Drunken necessities. Food, more Beer and Tylenol. Check it out day or night! Don't use the car wash here. I paid for the premium service and it left the sides of my car and the hood dirty, and created large brush strokes all along the sides. The machine didn't provide a receipt, but I paid with a credit card. I offered to show them the transaction, but they would not refund me. The attendant said they can only give me another free car wash that can only be used at this location. read more

Paid 10$ for a decent car wash. My car is silver and I hadn't had a car wash in months. I had red tires and a thick coat of mud by the wheels so I stopped by chevron and got the cheapest car wash. It was pretty good though. I love that the dryer moves front to back of the car. read more

the guy who checked me out talked like he had a mouth full of marbles. it was so hard to understand him that i had to ask him 4 times how much i owed for my items. after we got that straighten out i looked at the receipt to discover that i was overcharged for the bottled tea i just purchased (by $.60 each). the cashier was quick to give me a refund so i will give them that but still ya'll beware. read more
