I didn't see a key available, so I asked the manager for help. Instead of assisting me, the manager responded by calling me "blind" in Spanish, which I understood. I found that comment disrespectful and completely unnecessary. All I was asking for was access to the restroom, and there was no reason to speak to a customer that way. Basic courtesy and professionalism were missing in this interaction. the manager (Ashley) was dismissive and unprofessional. I will contact Store Mng. I was in desperate need for gas because my car was beginning to suck fumes... At first, I thought, "wow, how convenient it was to have a gas station?" Hmm, there were no cars... What an easy way to get in and get out, right? Oh boy! ...was I wrong!!! In the 6+ years, I've lived in Otay Ranch I never had given this place a second thought... Thank goodness for YELP.
