I would never recommend this business. I paid almost $5,000 to have my brakes fixed and they…read morefailed. The car accident it caused could have been fatal. There were children in both vehicle, a baby even. I left them a review on Facebook and my review was the newest one in YEARS and they blocked me so that says A LOT about the type of people and business they are. Even after paying for everything they still were trying to charge me an extra $500 for a hose that did NOT need replacing...turned out one of their employees spilled fluid and that was all. As for my brakes failing Im beyond disgusted with this business and their behavior towards the community they serve.

And let me tell you, the prices they are charging for parts alone are up to FIVE TIMES what the parts cost. And their "labor cost" is pretty outrageous for some of the simple things they say need done. I got my thousands of dollars quote and compared their parts costs to actual auto store quotes of the same exact parts and this place is charging triple to 5x the cost! For every single part needed. They never did complete the "free inspection" they offered me (I paid them $150ish for them to slap me with their outrageous quote so I wouldn't quite call the inspection free), even after keeping my car for multiple days and saying they would do it. Another disappointment. All in all a pretty bad experience.

Dishonest manager . I went to C & C Speedy mart on Christmas day to buy a last minute gift with my…read morelast twenty bucks. Being in the midst of a pandemic and still waiting on my unemployment it literally was my last twenty dollars. The machine ended up eating my money , (my mom always said if it wasn't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all :) So I immediately inform one of the gals working the counter and she says all she can do is take my name and number, leave a note and I was to come back in on Monday when the manager was in. I went back Monday evening, never got a phone call, and was told the manager, Shelly, was only there in the mornings. So I go back today, Tuesday 12/29/2020 and Shelly informs me that she looked in the machine and there was no extra twenty dollar bill. I told her that one of her many cameras could clearly tell if I put money in the machine and that I wanted my money. She shrugged. I asked who I could contact above her and she shrugged again. I asked again for the owners name and she said she could leave a note but that was all. I then asked whos to say you leave a note and no one gets back to me? I got a third shrug,. So I got pissed and left. I have some friends at another local convenience store who gladly gave me the information I needed to put in a formal complaint and informed me that before she went to work on Monday she had stopped in C&C and noticed "shelly" scratching a large pile of tickets. Could be a coincidence or she could be a thief, either way I want my money back. So now after this I will try and contact the owner, hopefully they are a little more honest then their employee. Fingers crossed that the outcome goes better than this mornings. as I really don't want to spend the day writing reviews.
