I would avoid these restrooms unless, like me, you stop here in desperation. The actual mini-mart here is quite robust, with a full chicken and jo-jo spread as well as tons of hot food and some little tables to sit at. Had I tried the food I might be dropping another star, but with the weird lack of parking and the filthy restrooms, I can't bring myself to do it. There are some things that can't be un-smelled, and this is one of them.

Or is that going too far out of your comfort zone? Geez. Now I have to go find another machine and on the way, get more quarters. This place is a waste of time.

It feels clean, and it feels reasonably sized. It's not a massive store size, but not every minit mart needs to be! They also take their hot food relatively seriously, having daily specials written on a white board. But the main thing is selection, and deals. They'll have a great selection pretty much all the time, and they'll have such good deals, that they've got stuff for the cheapest price in town. I've also always been extremely satisfied with the customer service. There's even been some employees that I've seen there for years, I believe. I think the gas station is great, but like I said, I'm currently seeing some of the higher prices in town. But honestly, that's not the biggest deal to me. I also REALLY appreciate the parking lot space. Sometimes, that's hard to come by. Overall, this is an extremely reliable store. It's one that whenever I go, I'll always know it'll be the same as it's been since high school. Which is something that's starting to be harder to find. I'm not the only one who likes this location. I didn't notice until after I got home that I had been overcharged - they had a special offer to buy four packages of specially marked meat and get them for $5/each. I bought four but was charged full price (overcharged about $7.00). I live out of the area so called to: A) arrange a refund B) let them know their system was not programmed correctly so they could fix it The person on the customer service line interrupted me and said "just bring your receipt in and we'll give you your money back". I attempted to explain that I live far away and was interrupted again with "you have 90 days." Having worked in customer service for a long time, I guess I just miss actual service recovery and genuine human responses. Even a quick "I'm sorry you experienced that" or something, but instead the response felt robotic and without a bit of empathy. It is what it is, I guess. It's unlikely I'll go back there.

It has brought me much joy, because they added Krispy Krunchy Chicken. It's one of my favorite chicken places, and shockingly high quality for gas station restaurants. That has continued its streak at this establishment, thankfully. It's also keeping my overall score positive. Which brings me to the convenience store. It's essentially the same, except frequently not stocked in certain areas. They're hit or miss on having the new items as well. I'd say they'll work for regular items the average consumer is looking to find, and the prices are about average. It can also feel less clean and more cramped inside, but that isn't atypical for convenience stores, or particularly frustrating at this location. Onto the gas prices. They were some of the cheapest in the area, but are now closer to average. I think it's experienced a decline in traffic for that reason. Overall, it's maybe about the same as when it was first made a Marathon (from the previous Shell.) Their employees are incredibly nice and accommodating, so you should have a pleasant enough experience.

It has a gas station outside, of course. It's exactly what you'd expect, all hours of the day. No issues there. Same lower than average prices. I've got no problems with their gas. But, if you pay with cash, beware of the inside. Unfortunately, I've come here semi-regularly for the last few years. I'd still come at least a couple times a year, before I moved to living closer to it in 2020. I can confidently say, I've never seen this location hire a good cashier. Most don't enjoy their job. Or they'll do a bad job, amongst all other critiques people have for employees. I once witnessed a very personal argument between two employees, because they were yelling at each other as loud as they possibly could. It's really a night and day difference from the Kelso location, which holds their employees better and hires better ones too. It's got a terrible ambiance because of that, and because of the customers who roll in. You're gonna see the usual odd customers of Longview, to put it kindly. It's also just a dirtier feeling store overall, especially when compared to Kelso. However I will say, they seem to keep their stocking situation in a good place. You may not find hot food, which is unfortunately generally the case with most ampm's the past few years, but otherwise this should have what you expect from ampm. Here's a way to describe it: if they had a good cashier, then it'd probably be a pretty good location. You see odd people all around town, so that's not make or break for me. I've unfortunately never managed to purchase any hot food at this establishment, they're always out. If it's anything like other ampm's, it's pretty tasty, affordable and very hot. Is there anything else to say? I guess I could include that I overall love "ampm" and will have no problem stopping by here. The employees being bad aren't exactly an uncommon thing in town. Overall, this establishment is a bit more suspect than you'd expect considering its location. It keeps things in stock, has a good gas station, and shouldn't be too deterring to locals. Visitors might be a different story, because employees can't be kept, and aren't good enough to necessarily be sad about that. My actual rating would be 5/10, but considering Yelp is five stars and not ten stars, I'll round down to two stars since I overall don't love the establishment.

But no, that car wash seems to go unused and is underrated. Overall, I think this is a prime example of a great gas station. Let's get started with their newest addition: their expanded hot food section in the back. Leonardi's and the bakery are obviously on the front and side respectively. But in the back, used to only be rotisserie chicken. Now they have several varieties of chicken, potato wedges, corn dogs and pizza sticks, all hot and cheap ready to consume! They'll typically carry everything you could possibly be looking for, and they'll typically have it the cheapest of any store in the county. They'll usually have most new stuff pretty quickly, occasionally on release day. You shouldn't have any serious employee or service issues. Anyone that mentions lines, yes there can be lines...it's an extremely popular store! Also, it being the cheapest prices, and one of few 24 hour places of any type in town...means you may see some interesting people. It's got an atmosphere sort of similar to maybe Costco, if nothing was in bulk and the building was smaller, and the store was an obviously employee owned store. Also, the parking lot is pretty big. But the surrounding stores in the plaza aren't super popular, so even if WinCo's lot is packed, you should have no problem parking. At the end of the day, I just have to walk across two crosswalks and I'm here. (It's so close that I walk for exercise.) I am a regular, multiple times a week grabbing groceries or even snacks, and now I'll be regularly getting their new cheap hot meal as previously mentioned and shown in the photos. While nothing is outstanding, it's not getting a bad rating because I wouldn't come as often if it was truly horrible.
