Immediate care and reassurance for a frazzled traveler was given over the phone by the night manager and the day manager went out of her way on her own time to stop by the local FedEx place to overnight my purse back to me. There are human guardian angels in Mt. Shasta, and Jessica, Daisia, and Matthew are three of them!
