When I first frequented this place almost 3 years ago, they've always had two people available for pumping gas but this past year I believe they either dropped it down to one person or completely got rid of all their attendants now that Oregon is now both full/self fueling. Nonetheless it's close to my house and I don't mind pumping gas in my own vehicle. Just letting folks know out there. Never been in the store nor do I have the need to unless I probably need to use the restroom. read more

The person in charge of the store on November 13 at 3:45 pm. Entered the store to purchase lottery tickets. Stated clearly what wanted. Powerball and mega million. The individual kept asking irrelevant questions about other variation of lotto. We stated again Mega million and power all. He stated something about a kicker and you get all with a kicker something. Again stated no kicker Powerball and mega million. He proceeds to print mega million Powerball and mega bucks. And then starts cussing and accusing us of stating we wanted one of each. He used the F bomb several times the threatened to call the cops and proceeded to pick up the phone and said get out of his store. The other cashier acknowledged that I did ask for a mega million and a Powerball and I got those tickets. The owner needs to address this staff member's behavior especially him thinking he can weaponize calling the police for a none crime. NOT IN THESE TIMES read more

Excellent service, the older gentleman who was working this morning was so kind and helpful.

This is the only gas station that cannot seem to have enough staff to help and pump gas. While I'd love for Oregon to get on board with the rest of the country and move to self-serve, until they do I would recommend avoiding this spot unless you are running on fumes. While they don't have enough staff and require self service, they still charge as much or more than other nearby options. They must have horrible management that pushes away workers or they are trying to increase profits by charging a higher price and not having to pay for the necessary staff. read more

The employees there need to all be fired. You got old lousy people working there that think they are too cool for school and not doing there job. Also got overcharged and didn't get the money back. Horrible place to go. I do not recommend it for a place of business. read more

Well, the gas station attendant was pleasant enough to my face but when he took my credit card and filled my gas he spent an obscene amount of time swearing and complaining about my bank. I assume he thought it was to himself but it was very audible and somewhat frightening. Perhaps a gentle reminder that customers can hear your verbal hatred and that is best left spoken not within earshot. I love to complain like the next person but I felt uncomfortable and don't have any desire to return to this establishment again. read more

Almost NEVER has anyone working to pump gas. No signs posted to let people know they need to pump there own and there's always people sitting and waiting for an attendant. There's usually only one person working. Last week the place was full of customers with a huge line and ZERO attendants pumping gas. The only person working was some girl who looked like she was about to fall asleep standing up. Sucks because this gas station used to be super great, and now it's absolutely terrible. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. Employee saw me pull up to a pump. Started to walk outside from behind the register, walked to the side of the building, lit a cigarette, smoked the entire thing, then walked back inside. Sat at the pump for 5 minutes then decided to take my business elsewhere. read more

I've been coming to this Chevron for 7 years now, and they've always had friendly people working, regardless of the time of day. Their gas prices can often be a bit higher, but it is the only gas station in this neighborhood. They're almost always quick on the pumps, even when they're busy. This is my go-to spot for late night chips and dip or a Johnsonville brat. read more

Don't shop in the market!!! They post prices and then up charge you 10 cents or more!!! When I pointed it out they wouldn't give me my monkey back. So it was only twenty cents...but multiply that by every customer!!! They are stealing from their customers!!! read more

There's only two reasons I'd go out of my way to review a gas station: if I received superior service, or if I received terrible service. Unfortunately, I'm here to report the latter; the service here is surprisingly bad. I've lived here for almost four months, and it's unfortunate that this gas station is right next to my house, or else I'd avoid it and go elsewhere altogether. Every time I've gone inside, I've been served by either a young man or a young woman, both who have a supremely irritated attitude. I don't think I've ever been greeted by a loud sigh before today. They have deals for Gatorade here (2 for $2.87 or something like that), which is currently my soft drink addiction. And on one of my earlier visits, there was also a deal for soda - I think it was buy 1, get the second for $1. So I bought two gatorades, two sodas, and a water. My total came out to be about $9. When I pointed out that the sodas and gatorades had a special, the cashier looked me dead in the eye and said, "What makes you say that?" It was a particularly uncomfortable moment. I pointed out the signs, and this look of frustration and annoyance swept over his face as he gestured to the customers behind me and arguing, "It's really busy right now." A co-worker observed this and corrected him. He begrudgingly repriced the items how they were supposed to, but it was just an unnecessarily uncomfortable transaction. Today, I came in and got my two gatorades, and when I swiped my card and got to the screen prompting me to choose debit or credit, it wouldn't let me select 'credit.' The cashier, some blonde girl, sighed and said, "What do you mean it won't let you? Just push the button." I pushed the credit button several times, and when she leaned over to look, she actually moved my hand away and began slamming hers against the credit button. When it still didn't work, this girl groaned loudly and actually SLAPPED the freaking machine, uttering, "Are you f**king kidding me right now?!" Uh, no...? She redid the transaction and all was fine. Now, it's clear to me that this chick was having a bad day. I understand; we all have them. But to touch and swear in front of a customer? Nah, I'm good. I don't get offended by cursing - I can have the mouth of a truck driver myself, but I just wanted to get buy my Gatorade peacefully. :[ I'm not sure how the higher-ups here treat their employees, but this Chevron really needs to take a look at the people they hire and how they treat their customers. I'll save a star for the Gatorade, because Blue Cherry is my life. read more

they sometimes have baby bottle pops and always have cool lighters. customer service was excellent highly recommended

This is the closest gas station to my house so I frequently drop in for gas. They've always been pretty quick to come over and help me and I've never had any issues here. The only odd thing that I know is that they don't sell lottery tickets... A friend once wanted some and I was shocked that they didn't have any. Not a bad thing, but it was unexpected. read more

This is a nice, clean Chevron station, but the gas always seems to be about .30 higher than the competition in the area. It's convenient and pretty much right across the street from my place, so I tend to get sucked into paying for their expensive gas. On the plus side, the gas attendants are always fast and friendly. This Chevron also has a pretty nice mini-mart where I usually pick up some beverages or a quick snack before heading out. It's in a nice area, so maybe that's what I'm paying for when I'm here, but I 'd rather have all of those perks plus some cheaper gas, in a perfect world:/ read more

I gave two stars because I usually have a good experience here. I came by today at 6 and asked for $10 regular so that I could get dinner with the rest of my money. The guy asked if I needed a receipt and I said "yes but it was supposed to be $10" and he said "no you can't change your mind after I already pumped the gas and if it stopped at $12 then that's not my problem" I then explained that I said $10 regular and my boyfriend was sitting next to me and could vouch for me. The guy was extremely rude and said "no you didn't" and walked off. If I didn't have to be somewhere by 6:30 in downtown Portland, I would've gone inside and talked to the manager. But I will not be returning here unless he is gone because that was very uncalled for. read more

This place is the worst, worst prices and worst service. Rude and knocking on a window to get the window easiest for them. Sorry my window motor is not great I try not to use it!!!! Been filled up for over 3 min and I might as well finish it myself! How pathetic don't spend more than you have to to get to somewhere else ! read more

This gas station tops off your tank, which has been illegal in Oregon since 2009 (http://www.oregon.gov/deq/aq/programs/Pages/Top-Off-Ban.aspx). You'd think gas stations would know that by now, but this station seems to make a habit of it. Last time I was here, I witnessed an employee topping off several cars. All this does is give the gas station more money, which is shady. I'll look for other places to fill up. read more
