Within days, my daughter experienced intense scalp pain, breakage, and noticeable hair loss. Instead of enhancing her hair, this service destroyed it. She now has uneven patches, weakened strands, and damage that will take months--if not longer--to recover from. Despite following all post-treatment instructions--applying the recommended Factor 5 facial mask to soothe my skin and maintain hydration--I encountered significant problems. Rather than seeing healthier, rejuvenated skin, I developed large red spots and severe dryness after each peel. I was told my face would look so much better after a week or two. The discomfort was substantial, and even with additional application of lotion and Aquaphor, my skin's condition worsened. Makeup failed to conceal the marks and I was told after the 3rd treatment that I needed to do 4 even though I planned on stopping due to the effects on my face. Although Spargo refunded the cost of my final treatment, the damage is more than when I started. I was hoping to get rid of age/sun marks on my face this product was terrible for me.

They were running around, getting into things, and just a major distraction to the employees. At one point one of them even stopped in the middle of giving someone a haircut to feed her kids dinner. WTF?!?! Needless to say we walked out after waiting for over a half an hour. It was the most chaotic and frustrating experience I've ever had. We went across the street to Great Clips and had a great experience. I will never return to Cookie Cutters - nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.
