It was annoying that patients who were getting procedures done had to pay for parking without notice. The worst is their answering service. Trying to call these people is an exercise in futility. They either don't answer the phone, letting it ring incessantly, or pick it up and hang up on you. We have been attempting to call about test results, that had been promised to be back last week sometime, and no one will answer the phone or return calls. It's highly frustrating that something as important as someone's health is being ignored. The answering service also seems woefully uninformed about who they are representing, and not well trained at all. It might be better to hire a few dedicated receptionists rather than use a service that is frankly sub-par at best.

Both times the staff were absolutely amazing with him patient, understanding, and accommodating. Because of those experiences, I felt comfortable bringing my 19-month-old daughter here today. My daughter is medically complex and unfortunately we weren't able to get in with her PCP. I was trying to avoid an unnecessary ED visit for something relatively minor that could be treated with an antibiotic ointment. As always the ladies at the front desk were warm, kind, and welcoming. They explained that because of my daughter's medical complexity, they needed to ask the doctor whether he was comfortable seeing her, which I completely understood. Unfortunately, my interaction with the doctor was very different from the experiences I've had here before. He explained that he could evaluate her but couldn't guarantee treatment, which I also understood. My issue was not with him setting that boundary, it was the way he communicated it. While speaking to me, he began clapping his hands for emphasis and explaining things in a way that felt incredibly condescending, as though I couldn't understand what he was saying. His words, tone, and body language came across as harsh and dismissive. As the parent of a medically complex child I'm very familiar with the difference between urgent care, primary care, and emergency care. I wasn't asking anyone to treat something outside of their scope. I just wanted my daughter evaluated for a relatively minor concern before automatically taking her to the ED. I'm disappointed because the rest of the staff and my previous experiences here with my son have been wonderful. Unfortunately, based on today's interaction I would hesitate to bring a medically complex young child here again. If your child has significant medical needs, I would recommend going directly to their PCP or emergency department rather than risking an experience like ours today.

I came here on a recommendation of a friend. So far over 8 years…read more Plenty of strip mall parking. Easy to make appointments. I never had to wait for an appointment. We don't see a specific doctor since it's usually a wellness checkup. So far each doctor has been friendly toward my child so no complaints there. They have three waiting rooms: a) Sick kids b) healthy kids c) adolescents There are plenty of patient rooms which are roomy. There is a check in deck and check out area for privacy. The normal routine has an eye check so if you go to an eye doctor then ask them to pass as you/your insurance will be billed for it. On the way out the kids are given a sticker and a pretzel. You can get a print out of shots/stats when you're there. Otherwise I believe there is a charge which is normal these days. Once a year they hold a flu shot clinic which I love. It's on a Saturday and the office is close to regular patients. They only give out flu shots. They usually have a theme and the kids get prizes such as coloring books, snacks...etc. Will I be back? A week later, I had a crumpled up letter in the mail from Dr. Murphy. (I guess it got messed up by the post office.) He reiterated what he told me in his office, offering no new advice other than telling me to seek out help from another doctor (no specific name was given). Again, don't waste your time or money on this doctor. He's not worth it. You (and me) deserve better.
