They took the appointment and then called me ten minutes later to say they are not allowed to put put two snowtires on, I would need to buy four new tires from them. I said to just do the inspection. They callback a few hours later to say that they snapped a lugnut and that I needed new struts. It would cost $1800 to pass inspection. When I said I would not be replacing my struts, they charged me for the broken lug nut. On top of the dishonest service I received, when I arrived to retrieve my vehicle - they lost the paperwork. I took my car somewhere else and got the two snow tires put on, the struts replaced, and a new inspect for $900. Total scammers.
