We had her make the center pieces we supplied the lanterns and she did bouquets, boutonnieres and flowers for cocktail hour. I was very pleased with the flowers for the cocktail hours however was disappointed with the centerpieces for the reception. The picture and discussions we had prior to the event were different than what was provided. We had a lot of greenery with a few roses I expected a little more at the price we were paying per centerpiece. Also we had discussions about boutonnieres and they were supposed to be magnetic connected to the suits but instead they came with pins that were not long enough and unfortunately they were falling off during the ceremony. I will save the bouquets for the bride and the bridesmaids were on point and we're just what we requested. I do recommend because she did work well with us but I would say to follow up on the final product before the day of the event.

She asked pertinent…read morequestions and offered suggestions that fit perfectly with what we had envisioned for our daughter's wedding! While we lived a considerable distance apart, Nancy expertly advised us of what we would need for the Wedding Ceremony and reception afterwards. She provided suggestions for flowers that were in season, and matched both in color and visual appeal to what we had hoped for. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process! Nancy's prices were better than most we spoke with, and she worked within our budget to create a spectacular array of flowers. Nancy even suggested ways that flowers used for the ceremony could be transposed to entirely different center pieces for the reception. As my daughter stated, " Somehow, you have taken what I wished for and made it come true!". We would highly recommend Sweet Bay for your wedding flowers!

Not only did I call on the busiest weekend of the year in Annapolis, MD.... I needed them same day. MARY helped me with my order and what a treat she is! MARY was SO helpful, communicative & DONNA is the INCREDIBLE creativity behind the bouquet's! I called at 9 am & by 3:30 pm that day I was picking up the most BEAUTIFUL bunch of Designer's Choice bouquets (+ an orchid!) and I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN happier! From the quality to the cost, helping me to the car, the packing & care instructions were perfection. The Dining room bouquet came set a beautiful glass pumpkin and I was thrilled with them ALL! Being from South Florida (where astronomical prices for minuscule bouquet's) is the norm .. I was SO VERY HAPPY I chose FLOWERS By DONNA for this very important (& VERY busy) weekend! To Donna & Mary: if you're ever down in Palm Beach FL., I owe you ladies a drink (or 3!) Thank you again! Sincerely, Emily from M/Y-!

Inka was our floral designer for our wedding in May; we met her at her home in Annapolis to review what we wanted. She is a soft-spoken professional who knows her business and takes the time to ask a lot of questions about your vision for the flowers on your wedding day. We were married at a friend's house and Inka met us at the site to take a look at the space and discuss what we might need. She offered a lot of professional advice when she realized we didn't have a wedding planner; advice on things outside of the flowers. She didn't have to spend so much time on this, but she is a very kind-hearted person who genuinely cared about us and our wedding day. I collected by own milk glass vases & compotes in the years preceding the wedding and had a very definite idea of what I wanted and didn't want. I gave her info on the color palette I wanted, the types of flowers I liked and that I wanted all of my arrangements to be different from one another. She listened carefully, offered wonderful advice and arrived early on the day-of to set up. She even decorated the tables with props that we supplied. There was a miscommunication regarding whether or not this was included in the price we were quoted (very likely my fault - my mind was shot that close to the wedding) but she adjusted the price to include the set up of the props at no charge anyway. - She decorated an incredible arch for us to get married under - My bouquet was outstanding - There were tons of arrangements, all different, but all in a cohesive theme - The tablescaping she did for us was lovely All of the arrangements were lush and gorgeous - they were top notch and looked incredible. Inka was great about staying in touch with us. Even though she was making trips to Germany to see family, she returned our emails and was great about answering our questions and making sure we were comfortable with the price we were paying. She helped us find ways to stay within our comfort zone while still getting exactly what we wanted. I did not come away feeling like we were compromising or being deprived when we needed to revise the original plan to stay within budget. She was an absolute master of her trade and I very highly recommend her work.
