The absolute worst, I believe they're there to collect the money. We did not receive the help we…read moreneeded. I recommend going somewhere else to someone who actually listen to your issues to help. It felt like the doctor was just waiting for time to pass for the appointment to be over each time.

So was excited to give cognitive therapy a second chance and looked into bio s and was interested in dr Jones as she seemed the better persons for my needs. I have never in my 40 years have had a dr with such poor ethics, lack of communication skills and basically seemed to give up before I spoke. I saw her 2 times and because of all the bugs and the fact that people can potentially see your sessions ,it was already frustrating. But the man reason I am writing this is strictly to warn people before booking with Owner or dr Jones. She seems more concerned about herself then her patience that need her. She wanted me to book 2 more sessions so I thought things were going well Despite the underlining feeling something strange. So I called to talked to her because I needed help currently, not wasting a month on this lady. So when I expressed to the front desk that I need to know if she was gonna see from now on or not, not only she wouldn't see me but she had the front desk tell me and not herself AND I have 0 clue as to why cause she didn't tell me or call me. She knew were I was mentally and this women is down right cruel and would have been a better doctor if she studied ethics instead of psychology. She might actually be capable of Being helpful for people as opposed to putting a person trying so hard to survive and basically Destroy a good person trying to get help. I'm not going back to any therapist because of this woman ,cause this is my last ditch effort and she literally gave me no hope please think twice about seeing her or Dr. Mulligan he was even worse than her. This place makes social works look like rocket scientist.

The 2nd became so unbelievably chaotic that I walked out of an appointment after 2.5 years rather than punch somebody in the face. I'm 1 year into this practice. So far, I can't say that I've had any issues with scheduling, billing or personalities. Initially, I came for counseling to adjust to my husband's becoming a semi-invalid. Christy led me to the point where I felt I was OK. We worked on couples counseling with Gary. Hubby agreed to see Gary on the advice of his PCP, but not for couples counseling. After a few sessions, I got "invited" to come to my husband's sessions. The DH and I both feel that things have lightened up since couples therapy. Based on my personal experience with Christy, Justin, Gary and the front desk, I'd say this: Gary isn't all that punctual. I'm punctual and it bothers me, but we're retired and we do get our 50 minutes. Regardless of the counselor, if something bothers you, bring it up. Talk it out. If you aren't honest and willing to share your feelings, it takes longer to figure out how to help. Commitment is required for healing and behavioral change. The front desk is all about insurance and scheduling. Cooperate, pay up, know your schedule before the glass door slides open, and you will be OK.

The front office is a nightmare. The staff rarely returns calls and almost impossible to reach them…read moreby phone. They become very annoyed if doing a virtual you happen to need the link resent. The woman in billing miss Hall is hands down the rudest woman I have ever dealt with. She seems to be a woman that has to be right no matter what. My insurance people have stated the same in dealing with her about issues. This is not a place you want to go for help.
