She taught us without all the extra fluff while making sure we got and understood what she was teaching during lecture, and giving us real life scenarios to compare too. The hands on part was great! We applied the skills we learned in class to actual hands on training. She was attentive to what we needed to improve on and what we were doing well on as individuals when it came to the hands on parts. She was there every step of the way and literally holding our hand as we went along. I took 2 classes back to back ( Phlebotomy & Medical assistant) then attended the 1 day IV therapy class. She told the poor fella to wait, and followed it with "No Refunds." She took her sweet time. He must have waited over 2 hours in the cold.
