She taught us without all the extra fluff while making sure we got and understood what she was teaching during lecture, and giving us real life scenarios to compare too. The hands on part was great! We applied the skills we learned in class to actual hands on training. She was attentive to what we needed to improve on and what we were doing well on as individuals when it came to the hands on parts. She was there every step of the way and literally holding our hand as we went along. I took 2 classes back to back ( Phlebotomy & Medical assistant) then attended the 1 day IV therapy class. Renewed my CPR/AED certification here and I was pleasantly surprised with the staff and quality of…read moreprogram. I signed up online the day before the class for health professionals ($85). Class began promptly at 8:45am after checking in with instructor who escorted groups of students to the classroom and made sure everyone had a seat in a large class. The class was taught at a quick pace which was engaging with students and the teacher. I had my full boot on my leg and prior to beginning class spoke with the staff member teaching class and asked if I had to get on floor for CPR or could I please do it standing up with the Annie-CPR dummy on the table (which was more difficult being short to begin with) and he said he would not ask me to get on floor and I was able to show him I could perform CPR on a patient on the table and passed that part. Then onto written exam. There were about 20 or so questions which were covered in the class clearly. At the end of class we went over the exam together and correct answer explained thoroughly. I left the class with my CPR/AED renewal for 2 years and the time spent taking my recertifications went by quickly and class was enjoyable. I'm definitely going back in 2years to renew and have already recommended them to everyone I know for initial and recertifications. 5/5 cleanliness 5/5 info 5/5 staff prepared 5/5 staff engagement with class Highly recommend this place for any one who wants CPR certification whether layperson or health care professionals!

Our daughter completed the 30 hours of online classroom with Direct Driving School followed by 2…read morehours of drive time with Mr. Phil. After the first drive time was complete, I reached out to Mr. Phil requesting a second drive time. Mr. Phil responded back and was adamant that he would not schedule additional drive time until our child has practiced 8-10 hours with us. She received no feedback during her drive time nor we were told what to practice to help improve her driving skills to even know what to have do when she is under our supervision! When we have taken her out, we feel that our daughter is doing a great job for a new driver! So our family found his response unacceptable! Mr. Phil is her instructor and we are paying him to provide our child the basics of driving which she needs! When we said that if he is unwilling to teach properly and help complete her drive time, that we would like to request a refund. Without hesitation or explanation, he said that he will issue a refund! He did not argue nor try to keep our family as a customer! Now we are left not knowing why Mr. Phil let us go so easily and wondering how a company can refuse to continue working with a child while having to search for a new school to take over! I am extremely disappointed with this driving school! The communication has been poor and has been through text messages and we have found Mr. Phil is very unprofessional and unhelpful! so first drive time we went to a college campus and then after 1 hour the lady took me back home so…read moreI didn't get my full 2 hours 2nd drive time I did backwards parking the whole time was doing good at it still cut my time short and said I still needed drive time 3rd drive time they didn't pick me up and I asked them to they said that will take away from my drive time so I walked to where there location is we drove to the mall to do the same thing I did last time literally for a hour and they let me drive back first road time I had and last drive time and they still cut me short So all together they cut me 3 hours Zoom classes are ok drive time sucks
