There was Velcro on the bottom like it had been mounted in someone else's setup, and the cords and plugs had writing on them. It looked used right out of the box, and on top of that, it didn't even work. Luckily, the mixer we already had held us over for the night, so it didn't completely throw everything off. We brought it back, explained the situation, and got a refund without any hassle. Not the worst experience since they made it right, but definitely frustrating. Rebecca shows excitement for her students and champions you as you go along with the lesson. The lessons are also very affordable as well.
