We didn't to buy these $100.00 Hawaiian Orchids that were enticing us, but I absolutely love how elegant and poise the florist shop is. Also, I will be back for those orchids!! Shopping for Christmas gifts, we were sold on the shop owner's very fetching and graceful floral arrangements! The Hawaiian Orchids were potted in fine ceramics that were obviously the reasoning for the price and also learning that they're imported. From Hawaii. Leaving the shop left me researching and looking into the florist! We learned it was perfect for a very special day and I do agree that the owner was very accommodating. Less than 5 minutes into the store, I was taken away from their mesmeric Christmas ornaments.. nearly blinded by the sparkles. They had poinsettias, vines, etc., I was absolutely in love with how small the shop was too. Located next to the Cherry Creek Dance studio, Cherry Creek Custom Floral is also beautifully decorated on the outside with alluring white lights and a taste of floral arrangements displayed. We hired UK and Cherry Creek Custom Floral for my wedding at the Denver Botanic Gardens and I can't say enough positive things. Throughout the process UK was so attentive and professional. He listened to all of our ideas and concerns (my mom and I had A LOT) and he was so patient. He perfectly achieved the look I asked for (modern bohemian with pops of color and lots of texture.) He gave excellent advice and we trusted his opinions 100%. We were so lucky to find him because he provided AMAZING florals at a very fair price. I had previously reached out to many florists my wedding planner had recommended and they were way out of budget and weren't going to provide even half of the things that Cherry Creek Custom Floral did. We couldn't be happier with how our florals turned out - everything from the centerpieces to the bouquets and boutonnieres were gorgeous, we got so many compliments! Our wedding had to be postponed due to COVID, but we didn't want the day to pass without celebrating! HORRIBLE FLORIST - My family (that owns a florist) sent me an arrangement. When it arrived they asked what I go and explained the flowers. There were initially upset because it was NOT what they had specifically asked for. Furthermore the roses in it were already fully bloomed and BROWN! Today (one day later) the roses are dead. I phoned the florist and they did not listen and worse off told me that my family only spent $55 when in fact they spent $75 + $20 delivery I would NOT recommend this florist for anything. I got the most beautiful Hawaiian Phalaenopsis white Orchid plant that they flew in overnight from Hawaii. They have the most creative floral arrangements from contemporary to traditional. If you are looking for a one of a kind arrangement, this is the place to go! They do large events, weddings, or personal home floral arrangements. I will be going back for sure! A few years ago when I offered my home to the Central City Opera House for a 3 day home tour, Cherry Creek Custom Floral, Neiman Marcus and a couple of other companies decorated our residence for the pre-Christmas event. In a word the job they did was spectacular. All of the retailers did an amazing job, but Cherry Creek Custom Floral truly made our place glow for the holidays. Last week wanting to do something special for my gal for her birthday, and last minute...oops, I thought of UK and the work he and his company had done at my home. Again, he made me look good, no.......great actually. The arrangement I was able to walk out with in minutes was again spectacular. Colorful, fragrant and fresh. Simply first-class. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but of impeccable quality. The bottom line is UK and Cherry Creek Custom Floral "delivered" again.......even though I picked up this time ;-) I'm taking the time to provide this Yelp review (my second) for the reasons mentioned AND because more often then not reviews, including the ones I read here, seem an outlet for those reporting criticism, fair or not, or those who are just insatiable. Reviews are free to us all and presumably accurate with good intent, provided we have the time. With a cast on my leg.... My experience with Cherry Creek Floral was beyond amazing. I live out of state, Atlanta, Georgia, and needed to place an order for a special occasion. I didn't want the typical 1-800 Flowers arrangement. I spoke to the gentleman and shared my concerns to get the perfect floral combination. They totally nailed it with a beautiful High Style piece. Not only did they style a special request, they went beyond and delivered it to the restaurant with detailed instructions to give the hostess, then sent a text to confirm delivery along with a photo of the breath-taking arrangement. Ordered a flower arrangement off the website for my wife on Valentines day (ordered 10 days in advance). The flowers that were delivered were no where near what was pictured. Sent them an email telling them I was upset with what my wife received. The Roses I ordered were $130, and I could get better from Costco for $60. He called me back and gave me a line of excuses. He did offer to give me a discount on a future order... I don't think so! read more

Very bad experience at Cherry Creek Florist. Had a delivery Tuesday that was a lovely thought (and fresh roses) but poor execution by the florist. Shop Manager UK called me and said they would redo with roses being delivered to shop Friday morning. The redo was delivered this morning and the arrangement was lovely, but the roses were open, curled and burned on the edges. I took them back and told UK that the design was lovely but he might need a new supplier because the roses were not fresh (remembering that the Tuesday roses were). He yelled at me, told that his shop does Neiman's and the roses were fresh. So I just left the roses on the counter and thanked them. I would not use this florist! read more
