The store has such an excellent mix of tools, hardware, and a surprisingly complete kitchen gadget and cooking supply section. I can just walk the aisles for hours and be amazed at the diversity of products on the shelves.

went to westlake ace hardware, attempting to return item,…read morewith my receipt within return policy guidelines. respecting westlake ace hardware's return policy. however when respectfully spoke with the manager, and requested a refund with the product with me, and my receipt in hand, he was just rude, insulting, and refused to honot the store refund policy and give me a refund. when politely mentioned the store's return policy, the manager got angry, he said he doesn't give a damn about the return policy, or what the return policy says, and told me to get out of his store. I politely left the store. obviously this manager was way out of line, and needs to realize this is NOT his store, it is the company's store, and that he is just an employee of the company. will never go back to westlake ace hardware again. never do any business with westlake ace hardware, they obviously do not respect or care anything about their customers or customer service.

After finally reaching someone- they said it looks like its delayed and sitting in a warehouse about 4 hours away. I was frustrated because with a 4 hour drive and being delayed- I could've freaking drove up there and picked it up in that time. why is it taking so long? The associate said they would escalate the claim and figure out when they can load this to ship to Tulsa and call me back. No one ever called me back. Now my tracking says processed waiting to be shipped where it used to say shipped... I've been waiting over a week since my original delivery date and apparently now it's not even shipped? I had to reschedule plumbers and contractors because Home depot can't give me a straight answer as to when or why this hasn't arrived yet. I don't want a refund because it will take 3-5 days before it even hits my bank account and then I can reorder vanities. Regardless of the solution at this point I am beyond frustrated with this company and will no longer be shopping here. I have a demolished bathroom I'm trying my best to live out of because our scheduled delivery was delayed and no one can tell me why or when it will arrive. Now, I get to enjoy being placed on hold for 15 minutes at a time to an employee who doesn't care about what happens to my order. Save yourself the time and trouble and order from somewhere else.
