We found ourselves referring to the construction package every day as our contractor had questions. Vyanka takes your inputs and incorporate them in 3-4 different options and provide material selections from high end, middle, and budget friendly. On my last few bath remodel, I used Lowe's and Home Depot fixtures. But we are glad that Vyanka introduced us to some very nice fixtures that are like jewels that elevated the entire Masterbath. The homeowner's opportunity didn't pan out, and the buyer response to the home was both limited and somewhat critical of the price point. The only person who discussed making an offer was going to be $28,000 below the listed price. We pulled the house from the market and the owner took time to clear out 35 years worth of clutter, followed Creative Home's advice on paint colors and had them stage the home with new furniture in the dining room, living room, master bedroom and enclosed patio. They also took new photos with better lighting, as we hadn't done professional photos for the original listing with the rushed time frame. We re-listed the staged home at $12,000 over the original price, which more than covered the expense of the paint and staging. We showed the home Friday, Saturday and Sunday, received multiple offers above list price and have accepted one at $30,000 over the new HIGHER list price! That's a spread of $70,000 from the one potential offer to the final accepted offer. Not only that, but the person who is buying the home had seen it on the first listing and wasn't interested, then wanted it enough to pay significantly more once it was staged. Sarah was extremely accommodating as we dragged her from one end of the store to the other, then back to her computer questioning and discussing every different color and finish option available. She offered her input on the pros and cons of every fixture type to help us make very informed decisions. We arrived at the store about 45 minutes before closing (on a Saturday) and Sarah stayed with us almost a full hour after closing to type up the quote knowing that we were not quite ready to commit. We went back the following Saturday and worked with Ida who was also extremely accommodating in helping us add to and finalize our order........or so we thought. We ended up going back again on Sunday and Sarah helped us decide on the last few accessories. Please Note: The multiple trips to the store was the result of me and my wife being a little indecisive and the insane need of my wife for every item needing to match exactly in color and shape right down to the towel hooks and toilet paper roll holder. Keep in mind that we finished ordering everything on Sunday afternoon and the entire order was delivered Monday morning at 8:20am. Even the delivery driver was most pleasant and helpful.
