Got a pu pu platter for two. Both of us ended up with diarrhea the next morning. Never again!

Very good Chinese food. Not too greasy and not too salty. Good prices equal to what you would find in Worcester

The food here is very good. It's a little hole in the wall, but it's excellent.

Never thought I would give this place a low review because it has been consiste toy it has good but I feel like I just wasted $46. I will likely end up throwing most of it away They have redecorated and added a Boba tea area so there is basically no more eat-in tables. Not sure of it's under new mgt. Chicken wings: tasted/looked nothing like chicken I've gotten their before. It was cold, really breaded, and SUPER SALTY. I over salt everything so if I say it's salty, it must be bad. The chicken was sitting in a large foil container so I assume it was fried ahead of time. Or they literally had catering for some items. House LoMein: texture was off, zero flavor. The noodles were kind of sticky/slimy. Egg rolls: $2.95/piece for these tiny things?!?! Cold in the inside, clearly pre-frozen. Shrimp egg foo yung: yes, I'm a weirdo who loves egg foo young it it was inedible. It tastes like it was fried in old oil a few days ago and frozen then re-fries today. Couldn't eat it. White rice: it's bad enough that you have to pay for it separately and it is $$ but it was mushy! ‍ I splurged for New Years Eve so this was $46 of my hard earned money down the drain. I assume that they precooked items (?) due to the holiday rush but they should not ever skimp on the quality of the food, especially when they have a good reputation. I will not be ordering from here again even though it used to be my go-to place...one that I could relay on to be fresh and tasty. I hope that this food is not indicative of how 2024 is going to be. If so, it's not off to a good start.

Fully coated in a sauce darker than your typical General, and with a bit of an oyster saucy feel. Good mix of sweet and spicy. Crisp exterior; fairly moist interior (tough to accomplish on such small wings, but they did). But most importantly, these wings had so much flavor under the sauce that they must've been marinated. I'm very eager to try their regular wings now. Near-elite. Sweet and Sour Chicken (on combo): Pretty standard fare. Crispness was okay, no puffiness, typical meat-to-batter ratio. Sauce a bit on the blush side of bright red, no gumminess, and sour mixed in with the sweet. Cherries and pineapples. A little above average. Pork Fried Rice (on the combo): Invitingly dark of color, but not as much on flavor. A bit sticky. Not dry, but close. Pork seemed to be the only inclusion (not an issue; just pointing it out for those who aren't into egg, onion, or bean sprouts). Average. Egg Roll (added to the combo for $1): Standard issue, old school design with mostly celery and some faintly colored pork specks. Crisp outside, kinda dry inside. A bit below average, but serviceable. While not a home run of a visit, enough good signs to warrant a return, especially to try wings and to see if the pork fried rice fares better on a night visit (when I can also partake in a mai tai).

The multiple times I've ordered over the last couple of months they have always produced my food on time, with what I considered to be a reasonable price. So I would say service is great. The food is some of the better fast Chinese in the area. I have no complaints at all. It didn't blow me away, but it was really good and their eggrolls are far better than the eggroll lady.

They've sealed off most of their tables, leaving only two for dine-in, but it's mostly takeout anyway. Beef Teriyaki: Small order yielded three sticks, each with very thin, slightly charred beef. Overly strong salty soy flavor and a texture that summons the adage that there's a very fine line between moist and slimy. But at least not dry and not tough. Sweet and Sour Chicken (on a combo): Thin fingers, less-than-crisp corndog style batter, and low meat-to-batter ratio. Small cup of thin red sweet sauce (no sour) on the side. No fruit. Egg Roll (on the combo): Hot and crisp, but cabbage style with minimal pork and minimal flavor. Pork Fried Rice (on the combo): Nice color, but Rice-a Roni flavor and dry, crunchy texture. Fried rice isn't supposed to be crunchy. Probably a reheat. Well, Hong Kong Island? See you in another 10 years. Maybe.
