Food came out Very hot! Cashew chicken had bite-size pieces of chicken with chunks of carrots, celery, garlic, cashews, and onion. My flavor was good but very salty. The celery was cooked to perfection. It had the most wonderful crunch. The Lo Mein lacked flavor. It had very little meat and no veggies, other than a few sliced carrots. My husband disliked the Lo Mein so much that he said it was the worst he has ever had. Look at picture of bone/gristle that was in his food. I give this place 3.8 stars
