This is absolutely the best Chinese food in the area. We searched everywhere for good Chinese when we moved here 3 years ago and after trying all the Chinese restaurants around we were pleased to find this gem! Their Japanese food is just ok but the Chinese is the absolute best! My favorite: hot & sour soup, crab Rangoon, boneless spare ribs, combination fried rice and sesame chicken. My co-worker and I went here for the AYCE sushi. The AYCE option is kind of a misnomer as they charge you $1 each for specialty rolls and $1 for each order of sashimi. The pieces of sashimi are large; however, the $1 added up and we ended up paying $40 each for sushi. I really feel if you charge $23 for AYCE, it should be all you can each and not nickle and dimed. read more

They complained about the tip. We went through the amount receipt by receipt from our party showing them that it was 20% or more on EVERYONE receipt. Which we shouldn't have to do in the first place. The manager had the nerve to tell my father that he wanted MORE. He was extremely rude and swearing at my father. Our other guests had to get involved as well to show the man he was wrong. He told us to never come back again and we sure as hell will NOT BE. The bartender also yelled at someone in our party and accused him of stealing because he asked if he could put a game on the tv and the man behind the bar handed him a remote. The other bartender came over and ripped the remote from his hands and screamed he's a thief for "reaching behind the bar" she was also slurring her words and had clearly been drinking herself. Just went to Chen Yang Li. Thought I'd order take-out and have a drink while waiting. The bar was packed shoulder to shoulder where nobody was wearing a mask. When I saw there were no seats I went to the counter to order. The girl there was too busy on her phone but looked up and said I had to call in my order. I already knew what I wanted, but have to call when I'm standing right there?! So, I stepped aside where I had at least 10 feet between me and anyone else and was about to call when another employee told me I have to go to the parking lot and call from there. So, it's okay for strangers to sit on top of one another at the bar without facemasks, but I can't place an order at the counter and can't call from inside the restaurant? I have to go to the parking lot?! WTF?! I know these COVID rules are ridiculous, but use some COMMON SENSE!! Perhaps I'll be a "Karen" and ask the Nashua Board of Health to investigate the bar scene here? read more

I ate here twice in 2017 and loved it...I don't know what has happened since then but my visit tonight was horrible. The hostess just stared at me until I asked for a table, said "follow me" and threw the menus down on the table and kept walking. I was sure that wasn't meant for us so I kept following her until she said "No back there" and pointed at the table she had thrown the menus on. Then I noticed that their already high prices have gone way up. The waiter came and grabbed our menus out of our hands as we told him we wanted all you can eat sushi, and he referenced my daughter by saying "what does the girl want" without looking at her. My first order came incorrectly. I had asked for a special roll without the crab to make it gluten free, and there was crab stick in it. The second roll on the plate was sliced too thick to eat in one bite and the third roll was sliced too thin so that the fillings fell out. We hadn't given up yet so we ordered one more plate. This time, both rolls had a thin layer of wasabi on the bottom of most of the pieces...as if they had given us someone's dirty plate! When we told the waiter he only said "oh..." He didn't charge us the leftover fee, but did not apologize or take any money off of the bill. I will not be going back here. read more

My husband and I dined here yesterday and I use the word dine because we had a linen table cloth and napkins! The presentation of our food was very nice; a pretty purple orchid and sprig of celery garnish his plate and mine had pieces of pineapple and carrot giving it that extra touch. Our waiter was very accommodating and the best surprise was these folks gave us their lunch menu and its prices on Sunday! The food was good too. One of the BEST in Nashua. Clean and always has while linens which makes it special for me. The lamb dishes are superb = melt in your mouth. The staff is helpful and friendly. We really liked this place and it was our 4th time here for sushi, and today we got our worst experience ever. My wife left literally in tears! We ordered "All you can eat" sushi and hot tea. The waiter was super rude, actually I've never seen anything like that before, we had to ask three times for the tea and he just walked away like nothing happened, just ignoring us. Some of the sushi we ordered were totally fine, but some were very far from being fresh, so I just left those 4 (!) pieces on my plate. I'm not that type of person who complains at restaurants, so I just paid for everything in my check and left a tip, like I normally do. As soon as I handed the money to the waiter, he started yelling at me "I will charge you for these" pointing at the 4 left pieces of stale sushi. I just paid in full for everything with tips, and now I had to pay again. He called the manager, even though I didn't ask, and they kept yelling at me together. They didn't want to hear that the food is not fresh and that's why I left it. The manager's answer was: "It's like that in every restaurant". Unbelievable!!! They charged me $13 extra to my check for 4 uneaten pieces of stale sushi, because "you must (!!!) finish everything if you order all-you-can-eat", even at risk of food poisoning. We tried here again. We noticed when searching map here for Chinese restaurants they keep changing their name. Terrible food! We ordered takeout on last Friday night. It was still badddddd. They recooked it. The chicken wings were wretched. The fried wontons were dry and stale. The crab Rangoon had no real crab meat tasted like cream cheese with s little fake crab. LOST a ling time customer today! My daughter and I went in for early dinner. Ordered all you can eat sushi bar. 22.99 a person. Neither of us could finish our 1st and only plate. On top of the 46.00 we paid for dinner we were charged an extra 11.00 for the food we did NOT eat. This is their policy??? The waiter who was rude and mocking said if we only had a few pieces left we would not be charged but our 8 pieces between us was too much left over. When he asked the manager to come to our table they did not and simply stood at hostess desk and argued. Service is terrible. You have to wait forever for refills, your check, etc. Every waiter/waitress has that same look on their face: "I hate my life and this job sucks". I've been a patron here for years, off and on, since before they moved. They typically have a pretty decent sushi chef on duty, compared to some other local places. The fish is acceptably fresh, but not as good as it could be. The wait staff could use a lot of help. I had to point to the saki I wanted (twice) and repeat it three of four times, and it was just the basic nigori sake. Then it was served in a champaign flute. WTF?! All you can eat for $20 is worth it, but order early, as the service can be painfully slow. While the sushi is usually of a rather high caliber, tonight, not so much. Fish was fresh enough, but huge rice balls with a sliver of fish on top was the style for the nigiri. Also, the restaurant may close at 10, but the sushi bar closes at 9:30.... making this evening's meal feel rushed. It's not what it used to be. I've been here at least 7 times and thought it was time for a review. My Mom likes the food here and so do I. I've had something different from the menu almost everytime and have always had a good meal, both lunch and dinner. We've always been seated quickly, and served efficiently and the food served fresh and hot. I do have to say that "friendly" service is not encouraged or routinely practiced here. Strictly business and no idle chat from the servers or staff. This creates a very odd vibe that I can understand would produce a negative reaction from some patrons. My Mom, who is a happy friendly person, especially when out to dinner, tried to interact socially in a friendly way with our server and was pretty much ignored, no reaction and focused at the task at hand. We've gotten the same demeanor from both male and female servers almost every time we've been here. It gives the impression that the employees are either not happy to be working here or management enforces limited interaction with the customer. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable. Prices are reasonable. Good place for a quick sit down meal. read more

The food is good, but don't believe that they open at 11:30. My wife and I arrived at that time and were told that we would have to wait "five minutes." 25 minutes later, after two other customers came in and placed takeout orders, another couple arrived that wanted to be seated. They were given the courtesy of being told that the dining room did not open until noon, even though this website, the sign in front of the restaurant, and their takeout menu all said 11:30.
