Salad that comes with hibachi dinner
    Gloria L.

The first thing I have to say is, you need to get the Sakura Pizza! This made the review go from 4 to 5 stars! It's a scallion pancake with salmon, tuna, kani salad, and seaweed salad all drizzled with eel sauce. When I tell you that it's soooo good, trust me! I want to go back just for that! We both got hibachi dinner - chicken and steak combo and surf and turf (lobster and filet mignon). You first get started with a salad, a typical ginger sauce. This was even more basic than what you usually see because it was just iceberg lettuce and the dressing. The soup was also pretty subpar because the mushroom weren't cooked just raw mushroom tossed into the soup. These are just an add on, so I don't really care about it. The hibachi entree is what we need to focus on. The filet mignon was so tender and melted in your mouth. I was really surprised by the quality of the meat, even the sirloin steak was tender (obviously not as much as the filet). The lobster was nice and buttery, and the veggies were nicely cooked. I loved the flavor of the fried rice too! The chef was very entertaining, definitely made adult jokes (penis shaped fried rice, slapping meat, etc.) But our table was all adults so not sure if this applies to all shows. The drinks are very very strong. The scorpion bowl is for one and it was still huge. Others at the table go the fish bowl for 2 and they loved it. It came with an entire bottle of Corona. Overall, it was a nice experience! Make sure to get the Sakura pizza, you won't regret it!

I cannot rave about my experience here enough. We went on a Saturday night with 7 people in our party. Initially we had called ahead knowing that there was no availability at another local hibachi place and decided to just walk in with our big party. The owner was kind enough to squeeze us in even though they were busy and had no open reservations. He told us he could seat us and help us if we could eat between a certain time which I was perfectly fine with. The food is always top notch! Phenomenal show for hibachi with flavorful food and even stronger drinks. I would recommend the fishbowl to share with friends!! I absolutely loved it. If you are looking for a place with great sushi and hibachi than this is your spot!!

Sigh.. I live in Vegas and was down here in Nashua for few days, order to go from this place. I wouldn't recommend this place. Order a chicken katsu, that normally comes with rice, salad, miso soup, 4/6 California sushi, veggies and tempura. However At this place I had to order everything separately. The phone conversation to place the order was confusing. Went to pick my order 25 mints after. The miso didn't taste fresh, the chicken looked kinda raw ‍. The rice tasted like jasmin rice. The California roll was ok. Ordered some steam broccoli that tasted ok as well. I would encourage the chef to be more attentive with their food. Not because it's a to go order they should send with out reviewing if the order is cooked properly.

Food was great! Sashimi was fresh! Waiter was attentive! Great drinks! Great price! Definitely will come back.

Came back for lunch, dinner menus brought out at 1:00pm during lunch hours. Great food but if you have a lunch menu available you should offer to customers not hope they order off the more expensive menu by default.

My sister gets take out from here all the time so we decided to go for dinner one night. I had a spicy tuna maki and the udon noodles. I was going to get the crispy pad tai, but our sever did not recommend it. There wasn't really anyone in the restaurant and I would like to go back for hibachi.

Impeccable service!! I have been to many 5-star restaurants, and the service here is amazing!! We sat at the hibachi, and while it was very entertaining, I wish we had sat the children a little further away from the flash of fire or at least be warned. My grandkids, ages 4 and 8, were afraid after the big flash of fire. I will definitely be more careful next time. I should say that after about 10 minutes, the children were calm and happily ate their delicious food as pictured below. Can't wait to come back!!

For an appetizer, I got seaweed salad which was good, but a little overdressed with sesame oil. For my main, I ordered salmon sashimi and it was perfection. The right temp, very fresh, excellent texture and flavor. I also ordered the dynamite roll which is expertly balanced - sweet/savory, soft/crispy, awesome flavor and texture. I would come back for that roll alone. At $15.50 per roll, it's not cheap, but it's 100% worth the cost. The don curry was also really good and my friend said she'd come back for this dish any time she's in town. She actually ordered curry to try to recreate this at home while we were waiting for the check. Service was fast and friendly. We have nothing but great things to say about it. Next time we will try hibachi.

It's not authentic Japanese, it's an interpretation of Japanese by Chinese workers and Cooks. Also, Chinese service isn't great and the waiter here isn't attentive and a bit too casual for my taste. The food itself is just acceptable, and for the price not great. The atmosphere also still is pretty weak, and the restaurant is small. It's sort of almost like a hole on the wall. On the West Coast, I've eaten at over 30 authentic Japanese restaurants, and for those of you who aren't Japanese restaurant or sushi aficionados... This food is probably fine. If you know we're good, Japanese food is, don't come here and frankly you may need to drive to Boston to get it.

The avocado was very fresh and perfectly ripe too. The Christmas roll had was tasty, but you cant eat too of it because its very indulgent. The colorful roll was yummy, but a little fishy (maybe the salmon or the tobiko??). Overall, I was not expecting this to be actually tasty sushi and fresh fish for a random location and pretty inexpensive rolls. My feedback is that there is inconsistent amount of rice on the rolls, very often rolls having too little and exposed nori. I think the rolls could also be more tightly rolled so they dont fall apart. Lastly, I found the amount of tobiko on the colorful roll to be a little overwhelming and overpowered the roll (but that might just be my preference) Im a little biased being from California, so if this was back in CA, id give it a 8/10. But being in NH ill say its a close 10/10 I will be going here again

Not the best, but we ate it because we didn't want to be charged. The sunrise roll was pretty good but the snapper on top wasn't the best cut of fish which meant there were some chewy bits and part of it tasted odd. I blame Google Maps for this (not the restaurant) because it had me turn directly into the EXIT lane! Yeah. By the time I realized my mistake, it was too late. Couldn't do a three point turn. Couldn't just reverse out of there and try again. So, I sheepishly drove my car at a snail's pace up the wrong way whilst veering as far to the right side as I could. Passed like 3 cars. Yep. I'll likely beat myself up over that one for years to come. Anyways, welcome to my Prime at Sky Meadow review! :D So, wifey and I share the same birth month. Every year, we choose a bougie restaurant to have what we call a combined birthday dinner together. Tired of always going to Ruth's Chris every other year, we decided to see what the locale had to offer. One thing led to another and...we ended up booking a res at Prime. Walking in, we're immediately greeted with an aura of elegance. The entrance consists of a grand standing lobby featuring a self playing piano, adding to the opulent atmosphere. We were able to get a table within mere seconds after they verified our reservation. The dining room LOOKS nice and has a great view, from what I understand (it was dark that evening, so we couldn't enjoy the view). Too bad I can't say the same for the acoustics. Out of the many fine dining restaurants I've visited in my life, Prime may possibly be one of the noisiest. I think it's because the tables are too close together. Which means you can almost hear entire conversations at the table next to yours. It's why I never travel in public without at least one pair of earbuds. Misophoniacs UNITE!! XD Now, I'd like to give a shout out to the waitress who took care of us that evening (I really wish I didn't suck with names so much). Service was stellar, overall. After receiving our drinks, we ordered the following.. Appetizers: Got the crab cake and clam chowder. Now, I just need to mention...our waitress had us at, "it's pure crab, no breadcrumbs". Both our eyes lit up as I said, "Yup. We'll take it!". Guys. I gotta tell ya....not a lot of restaurants can make a crab cake properly. Yet, Prime nails it! This thing was f#*!ing delicious! I dare say it may possibly be the greatest crab cake one can buy anywhere in the state of NH. And I will stand by that claim until or unless I discover better elsewhere. The clam chowder is in a league of its own. I often say how the very best chowders are the ones you don't have to add any additional seasoning to. This one totally slaps! Creamy, savory, made with REAL fresh clams. The cheesy bread they give on the side pairs brilliantly with the chowder as well. Solid 10 out of 10 for both apps! Mains: Wifey and I stuck with our favorites, getting a filet and ribeye, respectively. Describing the taste of these should be brief, since they seem to season all their steaks the same way. While the temperatures were absolutely spot-on, they could have used a bit more seasoning for our preference. However, we didn't see the need to send them back and just sprinkled some salt over the steak instead. Ch'yeah! Forgot to mention...this is one of the few fine dining restaurants that actually leaves the salt and pepper shakers on the table. Inconceivable! :o Got the lobster mac & cheese as the sharable side. And, uh....I think we were totally spoiled by RC's version of this. Because what Prime does here is....unique. The cheese (which I STILL cannot identify yet) was so mild, I truly believe the chefs were going for a subtle flavor. If done properly, it can actually give a delectable impression to the palate. Few extra dashes of salt, the whole thing was quite tasty! My one complaint here though: lobster meat was lacking. Normally, the ratio should be something like 70/30, macaroni's favor. This version was more like...85/15. Side's an 8 out of 10; steaks would both be a 9 out of 10. Dessert: Last, we have the peanut butter pie. I decided to take this one home, since I already felt like a pregnant whale by this point. Simply put, this pie was nothing short of sublime. Rock hard chocolate frosting aside, this was a 9 out of 10 for me. It's worth noting an 18% service fee is automatically charged to your total bill. So, take that into account when tipping. I'm not totally sure why they do this regardless of party size. Nevertheless, we made sure to close the gap, so to speak, on the gratuity by adding in an additional 7%. Service was just that good! Whilst I'd love to be able to give this place a perfect score, I honestly can't when considering the noisy ambiance of the dining area and lack of lobster portioning in their mac & cheese. That's not to say, however, that Prime is anything short of an amazing dining experience. I'm giving Prime at Sky Meadow 4 stunningly sweet chocolate peanut butter pies that melt in your mouth, not on your fork, out of 5.

The standout menu items were Miso Sea Bass, Ribeye, and mac and cheese. That Sea Bass was beyond amazing. Aside from the food our waitress was amazing, she was the queen at small talk. She had a wonderful attitude and was on top of our drink orders and brought the food out in a timely manner. The manager Felix was also such a delight. You can tell he loves his job and people! Made the graduates feel extra special especially with the comped desserts. (Thank you for remembering the nut allergy.) Such a lovely experience.
