Over the course of treatment, I went through Invisalign, professional whitening, and ultimately two veneers on my front teeth. What stood out to me throughout the entire process was the level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism from Dr. Geleris and his entire team. Cosmetic work is extremely personal, and they took the time to listen to what I wanted, work through the details with me, and make sure the final result looked natural rather than overdone. The entire staff was consistently welcoming, responsive, and professional at every appointment. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that everyone genuinely cared about getting the best possible result. I'm extremely happy with how everything came together. My teeth look dramatically better while still looking like my teeth, which was exactly what I wanted. I've attached before-and-after photos because I think the results speak for themselves. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Geleris and his team to anyone considering Invisalign or cosmetic dental work.

I've had a very disappointing experience with this dental practice…read more During a recent cleaning, a temporary hygienist forcefully removed filling material from my front teeth. When I contacted the office, I was given an appointment with a dentist who repaired the damaged areas. She explained that the practice uses temporary hygienists on Saturdays and that the incident involving this hygienist had already been reported. After the repair appointment, I developed painful chemical burns inside my mouth, including on my tongue and lower lip. I returned to see Dr. Wang, who advised me to rinse my mouth with salt water and said he would make a note not to use the same chemical on me again. Shortly afterward, my repaired front teeth began hurting again. The pain was mild but constant and bothersome. When I returned to the office, I clearly explained to Dr. Wang that I was experiencing ongoing pain, not occasional sensitivity. However, he attributed it to gum recession and recommended a prescription product for sensitivity. I explained twice that my concern was persistent pain. Dr. Wang took photographs that appeared to show areas where some of the repaired material had broken off, which seemed to explain the pain. Despite this, I did not feel that he listened to my concerns or fully addressed the damage that occurred after the cleaning. He quickly treated only one of the affected teeth and then left abruptly, saying, "Nice seeing you," in a manner that felt dismissive. All I wanted was to have my front teeth properly repaired and my concerns taken seriously. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and disappointed by the lack of accountability and follow-up. My previous dentist's office routinely called to check on me after treatments, but this practice has never followed up, even after these complications.

He recommended a root canal and recommended an endodontist. His staff called their office, while I was waiting, to make an appointment the following day. Wow... great customer service. Care quality: passable for the little things like teeth cleanings and simple fillings; poor on the…read morebig things like gum or tooth infections or specialist referrals. Office experience: smug, condescending, preachy pressure-scare tactics for peddling needless procedures. Pricing: exorbitant, billing statement padding with excessive X-ray charges to milk your insurance dry. Type of care details: I've seen better and I've seen worse teeth, cracked their assistant dentist on my long overdue visit for a simple checkup and cleaning, roughly over five years, partly due to that so-called pandemic. Hardly better teeth, though, since before ever visiting this office, I had just two molar cavity fillings and one long-repeated root canal. Yeah, well, I've seen better or worse dentists, too, this one ranking amongst the all-time worst. His entire approach to the patient was arrogant, argumentative, condescending, even confrontational, spewing a stream of what he most mistakenly thinks are pithy and spiffy comebacks to each and everything the patient expresses. Then he did a rushed and shoddy cleaning, complimenting the patient for being such a trooper for enduring it. At length, incredibly, he abruptly stood several feet back away from the patient to pontificate, rather ridiculously, gesturing to idled cars in the parking lot outside, about how the teeth are like an engine requiring proper motor oil! This absurdly childish lecture being delivered to an elder patient several decades older than himself! Finally, the patient cracked back, that he could never recall pouring motor oil into his mouth to lubricate his teeth! Of the severe gum infection the patient was presently suffering, he called the molar directly affected a LOST CAUSE, requiring extraction, just as the molar next to it was extracted years earlier. The SOLE reason that FIRST tooth got extracted was because a quack across town did a shoddy rushed root canal, actually chipping off a sliver of his metal chisel, leaving it inside to rupture the root beyond repair after that tooth had been preserved by root canals for over 30 years since the late 1980s! This patient had left this office pre-pandemic after its chief dentist had resorted to pressure scare-tactics for extraction, claiming the gum infection would spread like a CANCER throughout the mouth; it never did, naturally. Not to mention the fact that they persisted with prescribing ineffective general antibiotics to kill the infection, despite superior sources like the Mayo Clinic which recommended doxycycline for it. So this patient consulted an exceptionally competent dentist across town who stated that infected tooth could have been saved by root canal if diagnosed correctly earlier on; he even performed a freeze-test to confirm that the tooth was indeed dead, lacking any sensation. This is logic and reasoning demonstrated in good-faith practice. This office only grudgingly shared with the second consultant my X-rays because the patient had declined to consent to their so-called deep cleaning, yet another needless but expensive procedure. Is the deep cleaning really necessary, this patient asked the assistant dentist. IF YOU CARE TO KEEP YOUR TEETH, he cracked once more. Whelp, people, to reiterate: this patient, in his seventh decade of life, has now lost just two teeth, BOTH of those directly and SOLELY related to the outright INCOMPETENCE of another quack. Bottom line: this office, through its arrogant and condescending practitioner, LOST the lucrative trade of treating and killing the long-term gum infection ultimately and properly addressed by an exceptionally competent professional! Irony is: this office still sent this patient a promotional email inviting him to visit the office for end-of-the-year insurance-covered treatment. To which this patient responded with a prompt request to visit the chief dentist. That was way back in late October with no reply to date.

Dear Dr. Eidbo and Team,…read more I would not be able to sleep tonight without expressing my sincere gratitude to you and your wonderful assistant. Today, I came to your office for a tooth implant. Earlier this week, I spoke with a friend who had a tooth implant done by another dentist, and she told me it was extremely painful and that she could not do anything afterward. Naturally, I was very nervous and scared. I arrived at your office around 3:00 PM. I honestly do not remember much before the procedure because I felt both excited and anxious from what I had heard. Your assistant gently numbed the area, and then you administered three injections to my gum. I did not feel pain at all honestly, even a vaccine shot in the arm feels worse. Once I was numb, you performed the procedure. Of course, I felt some sensation, but on a scale of 1 to 10, the discomfort was only about a 4 or less. This was truly an amazing experience for a tooth implant. After everything was finished, I was still numb, but I could talk. I even told you, "Please take care of me for another 40 years. I don't want to find another dentist for the rest of my life." I also want to mention your assistant. Her calm presence, beautiful skin, genuine smile, and positive energy completely changed the situation and turned what could have been a stressful day into one of the best days, as if nothing difficult had happened at all. As I walked out, every staff member was so kind, saying goodbye and waving to me. That meant a lot. Thank you again to you, your assistant, and the entire friendly team. I look forward to seeing you next week for my follow-up, but I already know I will be just fine because I was in such great hands today
