Their 5-star ratings are exaggerated. Real rank is negative and not even 1 star. They only want money, greedy and lier (cheating). Ryan Nerney said my federal cases were very strong. At first it seemed he would handle it himself, but he made me write everything on my own. I worked on it like a full-time job for months, then he handed it to an unprofessional associate without caring. They kept asking for more money the whole time. I had already spent $50,000 so I continued. Ryan Nerney and the firm do not care about clients -- they only care about money. They make you do all the hard work while they collect fees. I complained to the firm but no one cared. The case failed miserably. Your money is wasted while the original pain is still fresh. Months of intense work are wasted and the $50,000 is gone. They only want your money. I wish someone had warned me before I hired them. I wish the 5-star reviews were not inflated so others would know the truth.

From the initial conversation of scheduling and brief case details with Kyle, to the more in-depth conversation with Sam Nielson, I appreciated that time was taken to actually listen, not rush, and explain the legal process in a way that made sense without talking down to me. Sam was clear, patient, and refreshingly straightforward about what mattered, what didn't, and what the realistic paths forward were. After months of confusion, stress, and being made to feel like I was the problem, that clarity alone was invaluable. If you're navigating a difficult employment situation and need someone who understands both the law and the human side of it, Elite Employment is a place where you'll be treated with respect and professionalism. Feeling heard shouldn't be rare--but here, it actually happened.

I've now worked with Sam twice, and both times he left me genuinely wowed. He is unquestionably a national treasure! What stood out: Lightning‑fast response time - My first inquiry e‑mail was answered within an hour, and every follow‑up question got a same‑day reply. Crystal‑clear game plan - Sam broke my retaliation+overtime dispute into plain‑English steps: evidence collection, demand letter, negotiations, and final wrap‑up. At each milestone he explained my options, risk factors, and likely timelines. Strategic firepower - You can tell Sam lives and breathes employment law. He anticipated the employer's moves, countered with well‑researched arguments, and never let negotiations drag on. Human touch - Legal issues are stressful; Sam balanced sharp advocacy with genuine empathy, checking in on how I was holding up, not just the case. The outcome exceeded my expectations, and the entire process felt organized, respectful, and--dare I say--empowering. I've already referred friends and family, and I'll keep singing Sam's praises wherever I can. If you need an employment lawyer who's equal parts brilliant, responsive, and compassionate, Sam is your guy

This review is based purely on Aegis Law Firm's intake process…read more I requested a consultation through their website, but it took over two and a half business days before anyone got back to me. When Kim finally reached out, her tone was discourteous and abrupt. She seemed low on energy and jumped straight into asking questions without any introduction, background or explanation. After answering all of her questions, I asked what the purpose of those questions was. She explained it was to gather background information. Kim then followed up, rather rudely, by asking if I still wanted to proceed. Given my interactions with her, I decided to decline. A law firm should prioritize potential clients and opportunities. Having someone who is rude and unfriendly lead the intake process suggests the firm doesn't value my case. Moreover, based on other reviews, it seems others have had similar experiences with Kim. In addition, other firms have an attorney that does the consultation.

I originally hired them for a labor dispute case. They took my case right away as I had so much evidence. Even me giving them all the evidence to prove that my ex-job discriminated against me by not giving me a raise they did NOT bother much to look further. I am certain that if they would have fought more for that I would have gotten a bigger, better outcome. My biggest disappointment is that at the end, I was charged a printing fee and that was never discussed with me. I brought it up with Dan but all I got is an apology. That should have been covered by the firm not me. Since it was never discussed with me. They also take a huge percentage out of your settlement which seems very exorbitant. In the end they took more than half of mine. Overall, I DO NOT recommend. Everyone GO somewhere else.

Our family experienced a devastating house fire that completely turned our lives upside down. We reached out to attorney after attorney looking for help. We were turned away so many times that I started to believe no one would ever take our case. I remember feeling like unless someone had actually lost their life no one was willing to help. I was exhausted, discouraged, and honestly on the verge of giving up. Then I called Strongin LLP. From that very first conversation, everything changed. They believed in our case when others didn't, and for the first time I felt like someone was truly listening. That phone call gave me something I hadn't felt in a long time... hope. What followed was months of uncertainty, stress, expert inspections, depositions, and an overwhelming legal process that no family should have to navigate alone. From the very beginning, Kseniya made us feel like more than just another case. She treated us with kindness, compassion, and genuine respect. She took the time to explain every step of the process, answered our countless questions with patience, and always made us feel supported. What impressed me most wasn't just her legal expertise. It was how prepared, thoughtful, and relentless she was in advocating for our family. She anticipated challenges before they arose, communicated clearly, and gave us confidence even during the most difficult moments. We always felt like we had someone truly fighting for us. I remember reading another review that made me smile by calling Kseniya a "badass," and after having the privilege of working with her, I can honestly say it's one of the most accurate descriptions I've ever read. She is fearless, incredibly intelligent, and truly committed to her clients. When everything feels stacked against you, she is exactly who you want standing beside you. The outcome of our case has given our family the ability to move forward after one of the most difficult chapters of our lives. We know that outcome was only possible because of the extraordinary work Kseniya and the entire team at Strongin LLP put into our case. If you're looking for an attorney who is not only exceptionally skilled but also genuinely cares about the people she represents, I cannot recommend Kseniya and Strongin LLP highly enough. They gave us hope when we needed it most, and we will always be grateful for everything they did for our family. Thank you, Kseniya... your work has had a lasting impact on our lives, and we will never forget it!!
