I hired Attorney Nemas Nowzari to represented me on my case on September 2025…read more The first 10 minutes of the conversation as he said, he was out the door. In that short time, He sounded promising and showed his alleged ego in helping. The help was to attend to the court trail on October 27th 2025 where there was the request for a new list of QME as the one l had been evaluated on Jan 3rd 2025 was full of discrepancies like l had retired on ,2021, if l did it, then why my injury happened on 2023. Also that, l had for several years ongoing medical care.. where are the bills? Then he said that, l couldn't go back to my job. He never said that, the treatment that my Primary Treating Physician that he had asked it has kept being denied and it had been denied for over a Year!. The QME who evaluated me, Dr Sean Moore also NEVER said that l didn't have any complaints for 5 consecutive years. Here l had an QME'S report who is an psychologist and Not and Orthopedist when my injury is related to orthopedic condition not psychological, during his evaluation his conduct was unacceptable, abusive and unethical. I told this to Nowzari who said you can cash your injury and forget about what he did to you... He violated me ... Nowzari said ..my mother is 84 soon be dead and you are getting there you can settle take the money and go on trips and vacation and use your private health insurance ..l told him that's fraud , is not illness this is injury from work..abd l need my medical care to be approved and be evaluated fairly by and honest QME. He said that city attorney is a bit.. and she has it in to you! Like trying to intimidate me. I told him, l stand by the truth and l don't lie nor steal..l told him that.the trail was Monday 10/25/25. You should avoid that trail, I said, l need an honest QME. What k didn't know was that , he wanted to settled get a big money for doing NOTHING just filing..and after l fired him with only filing and using the legal assistant to said that they agreed to the QME who violated me report, he put a lien wanted 100,000.00 when is divided no more then 12% to 15% and my rating will reach up to this greedy wild dreams. I supposed to be present on Monday 27th, but the pain was too much to handled and my PTP issued a letter to the court. The letter was sent to Nowzari's office. The two females Adriana Sanchez the one who supposed to be Nowzari's legal assistant, Said:. I'm going to talk to the attorney. We haven't been served and we will ask for continuing to next calendar day . I sent the letter via email on Wednesday,by Friday 24, Adriana Sanchez with her customary rudeness told me..is going to be via tele conference...l said l need the link ..she replied we don't have it. The trail was Monday at 8:30 am. I tried to call the WCAB central but they wouldn't give the link , they assured me the attorney had it. Monday at 11am. Meredith Valdez said she had been in the trail conference that it had been postponed by December, l asked her for the minutes of hearing...she alleged they have not received it. Tuesday 28 , l found out through the WCAB that Valdez had agreed to the false QME's report that, there wasn't any need for a new one. So l wrote an email to Nowzari ing him that , he had failed to protected me in my rights to get medical care that he was no longer representing me. If you want to be scammed, lied, be treated like garbage and be bury ALIVE..choose this people, choose Nowzari but if you want an honest, respectful attorney who would fight for your rights... STAY AWAY FROM NOWZARI He is a monster of cruelty, dishonest, sneaky and a liar. PLEASE Don't let what happened to me that happens to you .. stay as far away from this bad people. God bless to all Seniors, Injured Workers suffering in pain, living a life time's tragedy, have faith that the Lord will make things better. AMEN .

From the initial conversation of scheduling and brief case details with Kyle, to the more in-depth conversation with Sam Nielson, I appreciated that time was taken to actually listen, not rush, and explain the legal process in a way that made sense without talking down to me. Sam was clear, patient, and refreshingly straightforward about what mattered, what didn't, and what the realistic paths forward were. After months of confusion, stress, and being made to feel like I was the problem, that clarity alone was invaluable. If you're navigating a difficult employment situation and need someone who understands both the law and the human side of it, Elite Employment is a place where you'll be treated with respect and professionalism. Feeling heard shouldn't be rare--but here, it actually happened.

If you're hunting for an employment attorney who knocks it out of the park on every level, look no…read morefurther than Sam Nielson atElite Employment Law. I've now worked with Sam twice, and both times he left me genuinely wowed. He is unquestionably a national treasure! What stood out: Lightning‑fast response time - My first inquiry e‑mail was answered within an hour, and every follow‑up question got a same‑day reply. Crystal‑clear game plan - Sam broke my retaliation+overtime dispute into plain‑English steps: evidence collection, demand letter, negotiations, and final wrap‑up. At each milestone he explained my options, risk factors, and likely timelines. Strategic firepower - You can tell Sam lives and breathes employment law. He anticipated the employer's moves, countered with well‑researched arguments, and never let negotiations drag on. Human touch - Legal issues are stressful; Sam balanced sharp advocacy with genuine empathy, checking in on how I was holding up, not just the case. The outcome exceeded my expectations, and the entire process felt organized, respectful, and--dare I say--empowering. I've already referred friends and family, and I'll keep singing Sam's praises wherever I can. If you need an employment lawyer who's equal parts brilliant, responsive, and compassionate, Sam is your guy

When Kim finally reached out, her tone was discourteous and abrupt. She seemed low on energy and jumped straight into asking questions without any introduction, background or explanation. After answering all of her questions, I asked what the purpose of those questions was. She explained it was to gather background information. Kim then followed up, rather rudely, by asking if I still wanted to proceed. Given my interactions with her, I decided to decline. A law firm should prioritize potential clients and opportunities. Having someone who is rude and unfriendly lead the intake process suggests the firm doesn't value my case. Moreover, based on other reviews, it seems others have had similar experiences with Kim. In addition, other firms have an attorney that does the consultation.

I originally hired them for a labor dispute case. They took my case right away as I had so much evidence. Even me giving them all the evidence to prove that my ex-job discriminated against me by not giving me a raise they did NOT bother much to look further. I am certain that if they would have fought more for that I would have gotten a bigger, better outcome. My biggest disappointment is that at the end, I was charged a printing fee and that was never discussed with me. I brought it up with Dan but all I got is an apology. That should have been covered by the firm not me. Since it was never discussed with me. They also take a huge percentage out of your settlement which seems very exorbitant. In the end they took more than half of mine. Overall, I DO NOT recommend. Everyone GO somewhere else.

With Dan, I felt a had a real partner to help navigate both the emotional and legal elements critical to preparing, and ultimately winning, my case. Dan clearly articulated the relevant legal arguments involved, provided a roadmap of what to expect, and guided the preparation for what ultimately evolved into a short trial. Dan was extremely well prepared to present my case and his presence on my behalf at trial was crucial to the ultimate success of our case. Dan is both very knowledgeable in family law as well as the softer skills involved in handling emotional subject matter with a client. I suspect I may have been a somewhat frustrating client at times (trying to do the "attorney's job"), however, Dan was patient, listened, and always kept our joint objectives in focus. I would certainly engage Dan in the future if needed on Family Law matters and would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of legal services relating to their family circumstances.

Errors, sloppy work, extremely slow work ethic, and billing practices that racked up the invoice with nothing to show for it. He does not fight for you. He fights for his own pocket. $30,136.99 to be exact, out of my own pocket as a stay at home mom. Let that also sink in. Here's what really stays with me: I met him through a women's shelter, where he was supposedly doing pro bono work. A place for women escaping crisis, trauma, vulnerability. I was literally there in the process of getting a restraining order against my ex. Looking back, I didn't meet a lawyer doing charity work, but was a new client for an ambulance chaser lawyer. That impression has never left me, and it colors everything else about my experience with him. For 8 years I have told everyone I know to stay away from him. Orange County community is small... I know a lot of people, and every one of them has heard this story and I will continue to share my experience. Hire literally anyone but Dan Hunter. This was the worst professional experience of my life.
