I have never been in a car accident where I needed an attorney. However, I am glad that I found Ryan from Fielding Law. I was rear-ended when stopped in traffic on the freeway. The person was not paying attention and hit me from behind at a high speed, which also pushed me into the car in front too. It was my worst fear. Ambulance, Firetrucks and CHP came out and took me to the ER. I sustained multiple injuries including concussions, a fractured rib and lots of bruising up and down my body, and my car was totaled. With numerous doctors appointments and feeling completely overwhelmed, I didn't know if I wanted to get a lawyer because of the stress of everything and already feeling so vulnerable. I have no direct connection to Ryan, but am so grateful for his services and help. Ryan was incredibly patient in taking the time to explain and go over all of my questions and always allowed me to take my time to make my own decision. I suffered multiple concussions and had difficulty understanding things for many months ( I was on leave from my job for 5 months). I never felt forced or pushed to make a decision and in our correspondences. And he would always let me know in any emails, that before any decisions were made, that he would discuss everything with me. Most importantly, Ryan and his team were extremely responsive and communicative with me throughout the entire process. They told me that my only job was to focus on healing and taking care of my health and medical appointments. It was reassuring to know that I didn't have to worry or think about talking or dealing with the other party or their insurance because Ryan and his team took care of all of it. I feel so fortunate that I was connected to Ryan and the team at Fielding Law. If you are someone seeking a dedicated and patient professional to look out for you and your best interest, then he is your guy. I will always be grateful for his time, energy and efforts. read more

I don't think there is a single bad thing I can say about the team at Fielding Law. A special thanks to Ryan Cooper and Ashley. They were so helpful and communicated with me every step of the way. It was important to me that I didn't feel in the dark about settlement, as I had with my workers comp lawyers and even the job I was injured at, and not once did they leave me hanging. They heard me and they seen me and that was all I could ask for. But of course they went above and beyond any of that and got me the settlement I deserve. So grateful and so thankful to fielding law, to Ryan and to Ashley. I hope all of you know how much my life has changed for the better. read more

Clark and his team are top notch. You will not find a better attorney to represent you in a personal injury case. My case was handled by Clark Fielding personally, and he was great. He always spent time with me on the phone to explain the details of my case and answer my questions. I've never been in a lawsuit before, so I had a lot of concerns going into it. I had done some research into other firms and although I found a few that would work for less, I realize that you get what you pay for. Their team was always looking out for me and was focused on my recovery from the accident. In the end, I received significantly more from the settlement than I had anticipated, and their team did not disappoint. My insurance company was incredibly difficult to work with. They negotiated a policy limits claim and were able to significantly reduce my medical bills. As is with most cases, the financial compensation doesn't balance out the impact that the accident had on my life, but the team did everything they could to represent me and looked out for my best interest. Hopefully I will never need personal injury representation again, but if I do, they will be my first call. They earned every penny of their attorney fee and I will refer them whenever I can. read more

Should you ever be in need of the services of an accident attorney, I would encourage you to look no further, for in my opinion, it would be a challenge for you to find better advocates for the individual who approach their work in the most ethical manner and with the utmost tenacity. Clark Fielding and Senior Attorney Ryan Cooper have also offered considerable guidance, insight, and mentorship throughout my own pre-law studies and journey. They put everything they have into ensuring the most optimal and just outcomes for their clients, and are committed to supporting the next generation of attorneys, which is a rarity in the legal profession. My case consisted of two complex/related premise liability cases which took 2.5 years of legal representation to resolve and consisted of multiple surgeries. I hired Ryan Cooper after an initial call to the Fielding Law Firm where I spoke with Ryan. I was looking for an attorney with integrity, honesty and intelligence. This is Ryan Cooper. I have personally spent hours and hours with Ryan via numerous phone calls and face to face. Ryan was always available to chat and provide vital case information. Ryan and team were masterful at navigating through all the ups and downs. As well as preparing for trial; however our cases ended up settling last minute. Ryan's expectations about these cases from start to finish were spot on. Fielding Law Firm by Clark Fielding is an outstanding integrity driven Law Firm. Fielding Law, APC - I love their new logo! - Personal Injury Law Near Me - Irvine, California

Clark Fielding is the best accident/injury lawyer out there. I was in a car accident in 2018 where I was the passenger in the car and had a few minor injuries. Clark and his right hand woman, Savonnah worked hard for me to get the max amount possible from AAA which he told me was one of the most difficult insurance companies to collect from. Throughout the whole process, they've been extremely professional and always put my health and well being first, made doctor's appointments for me and followed up afterwards. If I needed explanation in documents, they called to explain so that I was able to understand. If I didn't answer calls from them, they'd emailed me. I can't appreciate him enough for his effort and accomplishment! I'd definitely recommend Fielding Law Firm! read more

Clark's team went the extra distance to get me the settlement for my car accident case. I was turned away by a lot of the bigger law firms but Fielding Law took a chance on my case and ended up getting me the insurance limits. I was not expecting to get anything out of the case at all. My medical bills and liens ended up getting resolved and I got a sizeable amount of money after everything was said and done. I am glad I went with this firm as I felt like they took the time to review each and every angle rather than getting the insurance money for their fees like the bigger law firms do. I've been so happy with my experience with Fielding Law that I've referred my friends and family to them for different cases like worker's compensation, getting fired, mold cases, slip and fall, wrongful deaths. If it isn't a case they can handle, they have found someone to help. I will always choose this firm for my legal questions. read more

I am so grateful for Clark Fielding and the entire team at Fielding Law, APC. I was recently in an accident and did not know what to do. I was able to get treatment from the medical side of things, but when it came to talking with the insurance and trying to figure out how to get the insurance to pay for my medical bill, I was at a complete loss. I needed someone who I could trust, who would be on my side to help sort out the nightmare of dealing with claims adjusters who are not vested in my recovery. I was so happy when Clark and his team stepped in and made sure I was taken care of. Clark is honest, he is trustworthy and he understood my situation and did a fantastic job to take care of my claim. I wish I would have reached out to him first. I would highly recommend talking with the team at Fielding Law sooner, rather than later. You will not regret having Clark and his team in your side. read more
