Wow, I cannot speak enough on how good this java joint brews right up to the top! I noticed a sad…read moreand limited open hours, only til noon during the week, but OK I guess people have other things to do! It's a cozy little house on the main drag through Leo-Cedarville. There's plenty of parking, very accessible. I loved how simply smart they are using the Joe Coffee app! Why doesn't everyone use Joe? It's integrated mobile orders and rewards as good as Toast, maybe better. They had a clearly marked side entry for pickup which I will definitely use next time. I'd really like to see an option for bringing in your own containers though especially for top tier craft served here because plastic is not becoming the quality espresso! But big plastic, oh so big, they got an all day drip options, 32oz that looks wildly gigantic next to medium and small. I will be ordering that bigly big next time given the raging success we all had. What a menu, house made syrups are rare enough but an entire encyclopedia selection of everything from herbal, flowery, chocolate, caramel, and how would I survive living two hours away from this? I controlled myself at the extra polite register guy's professional attitude waiting on their last rather silly customer ten minutes to closing and ordered up three beverages, two dark cocoa and my own attempt at trying new things, raspberry and white chocolate. The stuff was made quickly, iced so missing latte art but that's OK because what a sock rockin sip! I had to try the dark chocolate, rich and balanced perfectly between bitter and tingling. I've never had a basic mocha this right. My red berry and white cocoa was a heavenly bean brew too. I haven't drank one so quick in a while and then realized I should've gotten the 32oz. I will definitely be back next time I get to Fort Wayne and bring the friends. Few places ever manage to get me so excited to try the entire menu, but it must be done!

I used to love to come here because I loved the donuts and coffee. Now you have to beg for creamer…read moresince they put the creamer in for you and they only give you one small creamer for a large coffee unless you ask more. They seem really bothered by it. They used to be a lot more friendly also. The chocolate on the chocolate bars is getting less and less. I started going to rise and roll because they give you free coffee and it doesn't taste watered down. And you can have all the creamer you want. It's the little things like this that make a difference for your customers.

They ran out when I got here at 9am, but the nice woman said she could put caramel on it for me. Thank you for the great service! It tastes just like you're at an amusement park or fair, and it has that nice crispy but soft funnel cake similarity, but it pulls apart similar to a cinnamon roll. The caramel topping just puts it over the top delicious, and you'll want to eat the entire thing. Get this one, trust me. Chocolate Covered with Bavarian Custard - Delicious, not overly sweet, and a lot of filling. I've had better tasting Bavarian creams, but this one is still good. White Covered with Raspberry - Another must have. Sometimes raspberry donuts tastes like someone took raspberry jelly and just stuffed it inside a donut and called it a day, but thankfully not here. Again, not overly sweet, and plenty of filling inside. I devoured it way too quickly, and I'm ok with that. Not pictured, but I've tried the white filling one, and it was just ok. I prefer custard over the white filling, so if you have the same preference, just skip the white filling. Aside from the raspberry one, the custard and white fillings could use some retuning, but I'm just nit picking. It's still good, and you'll still be happy getting it. Go here. I know people have their fascination with Amish donuts here, but seriously these are better. Stop looking at other shops, just go here.

My husband got the Joanna's Skillet with over easy eggs and a side of pancakes, while I got the same thing but scrambled eggs. I think it might be better with over easy eggs, just because it gives you a little sauce to coat your skillet in. I don't know how they get their skillets to be so tasty, but it's fantastic and a must get when you're here. Pancakes are nice and fluffy, good amount of butter, and plenty of syrup. I think the price is around $15, but the menu is extensive, and way too much to post pictures. I do want to try the chorizo skillet and (maybe if I feel wild one day) the crepes. But it's really, really hard to not get the skillet. The food is always good here. Service was fantastic and always friendly. The place was cutely decorated with Christmas decorations. For the price, this is the best spot for breakfast/lunch.

Boy, were we impressed! The service was so quick & friendly that I even got excited about being there. The restaurant is well-lit, unlike other local diners, which was nice. Our server remembered the sugar-free syrup I ordered, which went a long way for me. My eggs were so fluffy and the bacon was plentiful & substantial. I haven't had such good bacon & eggs in a long time. My waffle was standard, but still worth the trip. Our server even thought to bring butter without me asking, also delightful. My fiancé LOVED the country skillet. He prefers filling meals & he only got through half of the dish! That's saying a lot because he got a lot of food, delivering real value! Our server was friendly & did an excellent job with taking care of us. We cannot wait to come back to Joanna's for breakfast or brunch again!
