This place came under new management recently, and started opening for lunch last week. Today myself and 3 colleagues decided to give this little shop a go.
I don't think they were expecting any customers at all, as the guy was sat in the office at the back, and the grill and fryers were not even turned on!
Having said that, although we did wait a while for the equipment to come on and the food to be cooked, the chicken tikka kebabs were spot on. A little salty, but definitely hit the spot for a casual lunchtime.
They also do pizzas too... maybe something to try next week instead. All in all if you keep your expectations reasonable, its a good place for lunch in an area where there isn't much going on (Eccles). read more
