The wraps are quite nice, but very much status quote. Personally I think Go Falafel on the other side of town is marginally better, but it looks like they use the same source for their ingredients so I'm not sure why.
Other than that, on the two times I've visited, the staff service is pretty poor. There's usually about 3 people behind the counter and they appear to be doing nothing. It takes ages for them to decide it's time to serve you, and there general manner in talking to customers isn't nasty, but also isn't polite. If they just trained their staff to be a little nicer and more helpful to customers, I think it would earn another star.
If you're in the area and want falafel. There isn't anywhere better unless you're willing to go to go falafel. read more
