Filet Mignon Crostini

Had a wide range of good bites at Chefusion Ordered the avocado buratta salad to start, the chefs platter (cheese curds, bacon wrapped tater tots, and shrimp) and the bread spread as apps and all were great. For a main course, we ordered the tenderloin crostini, the burger, and the tenderloin plate. For desert, we all shared the lemon cake. Service was pretty good! We had a reservation and were able to site upstairs. Highly recommend getting a table upstairs, it is quieter and more spacious. Will be back!

Didn't realize they have a new chef who took over. Totally different menu. Should've change the name because it's definitely not Chefusion. The food isn't the same. The atmosphere is still nice fine dining but the quality of the food has gone down. Cuts of meat seem cheap and quality of food is horrible. It's flavorless steak, boxed mashed potatoes, salty lobster and weird tasting pesto on steak. Just not the same. Don't expect the old quality find dining food.

Our two entrees, Tenderloin & Lobster, mushrooms, lime froth

My fiancée & I came here on a date night from out of town. The espresso martini was chefs kiss, they poured the perfect amount into my glass. We had two palate cleansers, the first one was a bite size piece of asparagus, a little ricotta cheese and a sunflower leaf. It tasted like I was eating grass. The second one was a spoonful of frothy lime juice. Not bad, but definitely odd. The steak and lobster were delicious. They forgot my shrimp until I said something but was still great. Everyone was very friendly, had a smile on their face and it was fast service.

Chefusion is one of my moms favorite restaurants and I'm glad I had a chance to try it with her. The ambiance is older and a little outdated but it's still a very cozy, intimate vibe. The service is excellent and our server was very friendly. The bread basket was alright, it came with three different spreads and many different types of bread. For my first course, I had the grilled avocado and burrata salad. It was okay, I thought there was too much oil and the avocado was brown. The charred burrata was good. For the main course I ordered the filet mignon which came with 2 small filets on a crostini/bread with pesto, aioli, demi glaze, and Parmesan. Wow! It was quite delicious, the bread was buttery and light and the different sauces added so much good flavor. My only critique is the "salad" on the side was just mixed greens and no dressing or anything, kinda odd, I ended up just leaving them on my plate. For the last course, dessert, I ordered the butter cake and it was very rich and delicious! The ice cream and fresh strawberries balance the intense sweetness and heaviness of the butter cake, I almost wish there was a little more because it was a little heavy for me. Overall, great experience and definitely worth a try in Green Bay!

Upstairs is better than downstairs Mixed drinks are delicious but ask about what is underrated Beer selection is pretty solid if you like options Dessert....there should only be one option! Green Bay's best dessert lives here! Ask your server!

This place! We were in town for the weekend and were told this place was a must try. It exceeded our expectations. The service was stellar, the food was beyond amazing and the atmosphere was beautiful and romantic. I would drive back up from Chicago just to eat here. Amazing experience!

A fine dining experience with cocktails shaken at the table, adventurous cuisine and a particularly fine steak offering. Very attractive dining room and atmosphere, attentive and professional wait staff. An excellent choice for a memorable experience or to mark an important occasion.

One of my go-to spots in Green Bay for fine dining (and eclectic dining)! Formal fancy dining on the main floor and casual dining upstairs. Awesome good and friendly service. While the multi course meals are an experience, the small plates provide quite a quite satisfying portion size, especially if you order a side of Parmesan truffle fries for the table (and those alone are worth dining here for). Great selection of wine and craft beers (you can even order a beer flight), along with a nice selection of cocktails (although my New Old Fashioned seemed to lack sweetness). Highly recommend

Wow! What an experience! We shared a bunch of combo appetizers between our group and they were great. The bacon wrapped, curd filled tater tot was a nice surprise. I had the lobster bisque, with a steak & lobster combo, and a brownie dessert. Service was perfect. Everything you would expect from a fancy restaurant! I would certainly return.

A very pleasant dining experience in Green Bay. Downstairs is a classy, full-service dining experience. Upstairs is a more casual version. In my visit downstairs, service was exceptional. High attention to detail, very responsive, and efficient. There are a ton of great menu options which made it hard to pick in lieu of the tasting menu, but it doesn't appear you can do anything wrong. The filet crostini was fantastic. An amalgamation of flavors topped off with tender filet. The paella had a nice spice from the andouille on a perfectly cooked bed of rice. Nearly everything was top notch. If this were being compared to a high-end restaurant in a major market, it might only get a 4-star... but it's still very close, and well deserving of 5 in GB!

Food has always been good and it has a neat atmosphere. Sometimes it gets a little loud in the downstairs dining room.

Unless you enjoy being humiliated, DO NOT COME HERE…read more I am not the type of person to write bad reviews, or any reviews at all, but I felt the need to warn people about this place. If you've ever wanted to be accused of fraud, interrogated about your horoscope, and laughed at by the person who's supposed to be serving you, this is your place. For everyone else, stay far away. The first time was a few months ago. I recently moved here and still have an out of state driver's license, and two of my friends are from the UP with Michigan IDs. The female bartender with long dark brown hair looked at my license and confidently informed me it had to be fake because, and I quote, "the first few numbers on your license indicate that you are a man." I am not a man. I am also well over 21. Neither fact seemed to matter. I was denied service. We wanted to give this places a second chance, so we came back last weekend. Clearly that was too much to ask. She took my friends' Michigan IDs and declared them fake. When we told her she was wrong, she said she'd looked up their Facebook pages and they "confirmed" my friends were underage. Apparently she's a bartender AND a private investigator now. Too bad she's bad at both, because they're well over the drinking age. Then came the zodiac quiz. My male friend didn't know offhand that he's a Taurus, which in her expert opinion meant his ID was fake. My other friend, born May 30th, correctly said she's a Gemini, and the bartender told her she was WRONG. She can't read a license and she can't read a horoscope chart either. The entire time, she called us "babe" in the most condescending tone possible and laughed at us while we tried to get our IDs back. When another friend politely told her she should be more careful about who she turns away, my friend got kicked out and threatened with the police. Just for standing up for us. We came in as a group of 15+ people ready to spend money, and she single-handedly sent every one of us out the door. If I owned this place, she'd be fired that night. Management, please invest in some actual ID training, and maybe explain that out-of-state licenses exist and are, in fact, real.
