The service is generally slow and rude. The quality of the food is mediocre. I ordered a Churrasco medium done and instead I got a piece of burned and distasteful meat. When complained, the server just responded that he put the order correctly but the kitchen's staff failed in following through. Other people in my party suffered from similar experiences. Most of the food orders were served incomplete. When complained with the manager at the end of the lunch she was dismissive and somewhat confrontational. She had the guts to stay that a "bad experience in a restaurant happens to any one and there is no reason for you guys to come back". Can you believe this????? My recommendation here is very simple.
