I like to try restaurants that I have never eaten at before and found this gem via Google.
We were the only customers and I could not tell if it was open or not so I got down to check, and so glad they were!
Upscale yet affordable and unpretentious, you must try this hidden gem! Started off with the beef empanadillas (an order of 12 for 7.99, what a bargain). So tasty, fresh, and hot! I ordered the pechuga de pollo which was wrapped with bacon and stuffed con queso. My two sides were arroz con habichuelas and everything was fantabulous! BFF had the bistec whixh essentially was a PR version of chicken fried steak with melted queso on top with a side of tostones. I tried both and they were delicious! We were so full from out meal that we turned down postres.
Ambience is very nice, restaurant is very clean, and the staff was amazing and friendly. They also have a wine cellar. The only con I have to say is finding the restaurant can be difficult at night cause it's so dark. read more
