This chicken was number two after Japan. Delicious. Night two. Sunday. The area around it is called La Guancha. This little kiosk is located there. So my friend and I decided we would go again because we really enjoyed the food the night before. We were starving. It was popping there so we figured we would get a bite to eat and then enjoy everything going on. Nope. The food took AN HOUR! We sat there for 25 minutes before we even got waited on. Normally I would leave but my bestie and I had our hearts set on that chicken. Plus she wanted a piña colada. The food was good. However by the time we finished eating since it took forever to get the food, everything was over in La Guancha. No dancing, no music nothing. The chicken was juicy, hot, and well seasoned. We also had sweet plantain -- and rather than little tiny chunks or slices, they give you a whole big whopping plantain.
