Kathy got right back to me and worked with me on creating my menu and was able to give me a price quote within a few days. They delivered the food right to my door at the exact time agreed upon. The food was AMAZING. I asked everyone to let me know what their favorite dishes were but they were all so delicious it was hard to narrow it down to just one or two. Our main entrees were the lemon dill salmon, the chicken with creamy mushroom sauce and the smoked tri tip. Everyone raved about the sauce on the chicken. I also included side dishes along with the Butternut Squash Soup. The soup was sooooo good. I would order all of the items again. I can't wait to have another dinner party and use Sabores Catering again. I was able to relax and enjoy my guests, not spend the entire time in the kitchen. I paid $7.99 at Brave Farms. This same tub of cheese curds aka squeakers at almost a full pound cost me $5.29. Definitely a must stop for you cheese fans. The cool part is they let other cheese companies sell their cheese products. Talk about spreading the love. Did I mention they serve Pepsi products? That is the best. Now the bad. Their fish n chips were not good. The cashier said it's popular but I don't know how. The fish was mushy and the fries were over salted. The wife did enjoy her T.B.A. Sandwich. They have other items that I would definitely try. They have stuff for the big kids (adult beverages) and stuff for the little kids. Upon going downstairs I grabbed the few things I wanted including cheese but both registers I went to were already closed. No warning, no leaving at least one open for stragglers like me, nothing. Had to embarrassingly return all my items to their proper places and vacate the facility. I wish someone had made an announcement or something but nada. Sad. Good food, nice gift shop but a disappointing visit. Be aware of time changes and make your purchases early.
