She is incredibly organized, easy to communicate with, and just an overall joy to work with. The food was phenomenal--we received so many compliments from our guests! She also hired the kindest, most professional bartending and catering staff who made everything run smoothly and stress-free. One of my favorite touches was the adorable breakfast/brunch she catered for me and my bridesmaids the morning of the wedding--it was so thoughtful and delicious. Even when there were delivery mix-ups from other vendors, Shauna jumped right in to help and handled everything with such calm and grace. I am so beyond grateful for her support, hard work, and attention to every little detail. If you're considering Mustard Seed Catering Co. for your wedding or any event--do it! You'll be in the absolute best hands.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Obvious Choice Catering and the owner, Donna!…read more Donna catered a large corporate event for us with approximately 300 guests, and then turned around the very next day and catered another corporate event for about 50 people. She and her team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Donna was professional, organized, accommodating, and such a pleasure to work with. She handled every detail beautifully and made both events feel effortless. And the food was phenomenal! We received so many compliments, with people saying it was some of the best catered food they had ever tasted. But it wasn't just delicious -- the presentation was truly a work of art. Every detail was thoughtful, beautiful, and impressive. It takes a special level of talent and professionalism to flawlessly execute an event for 300 people and then do it all over again the very next day. Donna exceeded our expectations in every way. The name really does say it all -- Obvious Choice Catering is the obvious choice! We would absolutely use Donna and her team again and recommend them without hesitation.

I reached out to Kathy at Sabores Catering to find out if she could cater a Christmas dinner party…read more My dinner party was scheduled for a few days before the busy holiday so I wasn't sure if this was even possible. Kathy got right back to me and worked with me on creating my menu and was able to give me a price quote within a few days. They delivered the food right to my door at the exact time agreed upon. The food was AMAZING. I asked everyone to let me know what their favorite dishes were but they were all so delicious it was hard to narrow it down to just one or two. Our main entrees were the lemon dill salmon, the chicken with creamy mushroom sauce and the smoked tri tip. Everyone raved about the sauce on the chicken. I also included side dishes along with the Butternut Squash Soup. The soup was sooooo good. I would order all of the items again. I can't wait to have another dinner party and use Sabores Catering again. I was able to relax and enjoy my guests, not spend the entire time in the kitchen. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Why does this Tri-Tip have to be so ridiculously tender and juicy?!…read more Seriously... why even bother giving me a steak knife? This Tri-Tip was so tender I could've sliced it with an old butter knife from Grandma's kitchen drawer and never missed a beat. And the flavor? Absolutely unreal. I swear that cow was out in the pasture happily munching on fresh grass about two seconds before it made its way to my plate. Every bite tasted so fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor that it almost seemed unfair to every other Tri-Tip I've ever eaten. This wasn't just dinner--it was a full-blown meat experience. Tender, juicy, flavorful, and cooked so perfectly that it should probably come with a warning label: "Caution: May permanently ruin all future Tri-Tip for comparison purposes." 10/10. I'd gladly skip a salad, ignore my diet, and make questionable life decisions all over again for another plate of this masterpiece.

I was really looking forward to trying Big Vic's BBQ because I've heard a lot of positive things…read more Unfortunately, my experience didn't quite meet my expectations. I ordered the pork belly sandwich, but it wasn't what I expected based on the menu. Instead of the tender, sliced pork belly I was anticipating, it came with three large chunks of meat covered in barbecue sauce. It honestly didn't resemble what I would typically consider a pork belly sandwich, and I found myself a little confused by the presentation. The macaroni and cheese had good flavor, although it seemed a bit dry and firm, as if it had been sitting for a while. I understand that everyone has different styles of barbecue, and this may have simply been an off day. I'm sharing this feedback in the hope that it's helpful, because I know many people speak highly of Big Vic's. I truly hope this was just an exception, and I'd be willing to give them another try in the future.
