My first time ordering from here, I didn't even know it existed. I doordashed and when food was delievered it was hot and fresh. I absolutely love a good grilled jalapeño and onions. The chips was hot and crunchy, freshly fried. The salsa has a nice kick. Overall, the food was amazing. I will be returning for sure. read more

My wife and I have a 6 month old that got her shots needless to say we had a rough night of screaming and crying... screaming from the baby and crying from us... we woke up dead tired and cranky. We decided to order food from somewhere new and local. We got got breakfast burritos rice and chips, when I tell you this meal saved my marriage I am not being exaggerate what so ever the burritos were so delicious and flavorful! We were amazed and joyous by how good the food was. The rice was amazing and paired perfect with the chips and salsa. I recommend this place to anyone that enjoys good food and a happy marriage. I ordered the catered tacos for a party recently. This was such a great alternative to cooking and I probably paid just as much as I would have if I had cooked myself. Everything I picked up from Raul's was nicely organized and there was so much food! The taco meat included chicken pork and beef which were all delicious. Their salsa is really amazing as well. I would give this place a 5 star review, but they have inconsistencies. For example on Thursdays Raul's has a dollar a taco special. So I expect them to be the normal tacos that im use to paying $1.50 for but they are not. They are noticeably skimpy in the meat. Other than inconsistencies I love there menu. You can never go wrong with some taco truck. Friendly service and fresh ingredients. Its worth trying so GO TRY IT !!! read more

Its inside the Chevron gas station!! LOL First visit and we absolutely loved it! We were in town for an afternoon and was about to leave when we both decided to eat before​ our 2 hour drive home. Did a Google search for taquerias near us, and found this place with 5 star ratings and stopped. We were so happy with our order, keep in mind we are very particular about our food. Breakfast was good enjoyed it. I got the chorizo breakfast. I also ordered 3 tacos; one asada, one pastor, one tripas. The tripas were gross, actually spoiled would be a better term. I was a disappointed because they messed up my order.. I had originally ordered a el pastor wet burrito they did tell me they made a asada burrito and if i wanted to wait 10 minutes they can make what i originally ordered so I waited... when it was ready they gave me my food and I left.. When I got home I so excited to eat and try my food... But when I cut into my burrito it was the asada not the el pastor... That makes me think ... Did they really make what I ordered? Or was it just an honest mistake? So I paid for something i didnt want ... Overall the burrito was good .. But it would've been better if I got what I wanted. If you ever decide to eat there make sure you look at your food before you leave just to make sure they gave you what you ordered. Next time I will. read more

Went to this gas station to try out this new Mexican food spot I've heard of on Facebook and it was really good. I mean the corner of this gas station had more traffic than the whole gas station itself which is a great sign. Had a California burrito and thing was massive and tasty, i couldn't finish it all. The carne asada sopes was ok and the huge Torta (I forget the name of it) was ok, too many different meats going on at once. Carne Asada taco were really good but I'm gonna get the Carne Asada Torta next cause the bread is teally good. read more

First time went there got a giant chorizo,egg and potatoes burrito to go, after I got home ate it and notice it has no meat inside just good amount of potatoes and fair amount of egg in it, The taste was very good though and spicy, I really like the chorizo meat taste thats why I want to order a breakfast burrito, The problem was the main ingredient was not there no meat just the favorite of chorizo,I was very disappointed! paid $ 7.00 bucks for just a vegetarian burrito, I also had problem with El Pollo Loco in Modesto and I ordered a guacamole and chip small order and I got a tiny bag of chips about dozen pieces in the little bag,I have been eating El Pollo Loco many times in Merced and got big bag of chips with same order size every time, It was bother me to seen what I got in Modesto after ate the little bit of the chip so I went to the counter complained and told them that I got lot more chips in merced and they checked with the cashier who was taking my order and I ask for another bag of the chip, But still not the same amount of the chips which from the one in merced. I feel like Mexican knowing how to doing size people up, Just from my experience what I notice from what I seen...I would not buy anything from them in the public if the items has no price on them thats red flag...They can size the people up what you look like more like kinds race... I only wish I could put negative stars. They ran a deal in the Merced deal saver and when I tried to use my certificates I was told they (Rauls) had terminated the program and I needed to contact Deal Saver to get a refund. They were in no way co operative.The certificate was still valid according to the expiration date. There was nothing that said the restaurant could terminate the offer early. Made me feel as though I had done something wrong. Not the way to treat a first time guest. No reason to ever go back. read more

Heard about this place from a coworker who brought the menu back to pass around. Had breakfast burrito today: bacon, egg, and potato: very good with homemade taste and very satisfying, but a little pricey: $4.00 plus. I get just as good a burrito at the Applegate Market; HOWEVER, I will be back. The convenience of having Raul's at the 76 station, the excellent customer service, the comprehensive menu: I will definitely be back. Taco Tuesday, too!! Oh!
