One thing to be aware of: I have found sharp bone fragments in the chicken on more than one occasion, which is a real safety concern. I special order them whole with no sauce or pickles so I can put a couple in the fridge to save for the rest of the week. They don't get soggy that way and are easier to toss in the air fryer or oven later. Then I add sauce & pickles later along with pomegranate molasses. I always keep a bottle handy. (HEB has it) Salam's is always really great about granting those requests for me. 3. They have added their baklava to the online menu.
