We were deciding between a few caterers and had a tasting with the Perry's that just sealed the deal. My (now) husband and I walked out of there saying it felt like we just had lunch with our aunt & uncle, it felt like we had known them that long! They are two amazingly warm people -- of course it helps that John is incredibly organized and good at his job and that Nikki makes the most delicious bites. We devoured every little last bite at that tasting.. Nothing went to waste! John was so helpful with everything leading up to the day of as well, from picking out rentals, to working out our timeline. We decided to have a different format (cocktail stations as opposed to a formal sit-down dinner) and working together, John helped us make sure we'd have a smooth flow and that everything would go off without a hitch. As we were working out the details with the rentals, I never felt like he was pushing me one way or the other -- even when he put together the list of kitchen items they'd need (my venue did not provide any set-up), I knew he was being careful about not over-ordering. I really felt like he had my best interests in mind at all times. Having him to coordinate all the details made me feel at ease.. I knew I was in good hands! On our actual wedding day, we were so well taken care of. The staff made sure we were eating (haha, doesn't always happen at weddings!) and everything ran so smoothly.
