I picked up my order, and hoped that the soup would still be hot and noodles still bouncy even after my 45 minute drive home. I was pleasantly surprised the noodle soups were packaged to separate the noodles from the broth to ensure the noodles maintained optimal texture. To my surprise, the soup was also still hot and didn't need to be reheated. Both broths were delicious, but be careful with the Szechuan spicy noodle soup because it was definitely spicy!
