There was also an over flowing bread basket with yummy Italian bread from a local bakery. Did I say the portions were huge? The staff at the Kemper Center Simmons Auditorium were amazing, super helpful, friendly and provided great, quality service. All our family and friends raved about how great the food tasted and the huge portions! Victoria's food is outstanding! Vicki is very busy and it does take her some time to get back to you during the planning stages. That's the only thing that as a bride to be planning a reception that I'd say that made me a bit nervous, but she makes up for it with the amazing food she delivers the day of the reception. Calling to pre-order is a must to get everything you want, they call you for pick-up as soon as they have everything made. When we did our tasting, we knew pretty quickly they were the top, both because the food was several levels above what we'd tasted with other caterers, and because Derek asked us great questions throughout the tasting to better understand what we needed for our event, and to make great recommendations & help us think through aspects that hadn't even occurred to us yet. We had quite a few people in the weeks after the wedding reach out to say that they've never had better food at a wedding, and that was our experience too! They also staff the event incredibly well, and each of the team members we interacted with was a pro. Definitely add them to your list, and expect them to beat everyone else!
