STOP!!!!! There is NO need to look any further! If your looking for a private chef or cooking class Chef Danielle is the answer to your prayers! The food she prepared was flavorful, creative and made with a passion for cooking! Oh and the pistachio cupcakes are to die for! A MUST TRY!! She provided an experience that my friends and I will never forget. If I could leave 100 stars I would! Thanks again Chef Danielle!!

Chef Danielle went above and beyond for our group. We had the pleasure of booking her for two of the nights we stayed in San Diego. The first night, she curated and prepared one of the most delicious dinners I've had. I am no fan of lamb chops, but I sure ate three that night. This is telling of her expertise and ability to adapt to the wants and needs of her clients. The second night, she hosted a cooking class. Chef Danielle came prepared with all of the recipes, ingredients and lots of patience. She was a wonderful teacher and made it a point to explain the reasoning behind some of techniques we used in the kitchen. Thank you, Chef Danielle, for sharing your expertise and knowledge with the group. We will definitely book her again for future events.

    Smothered Lobster Tails

Chef Danielle came to our Villa at the Hotel Del Coronado. The setup arrangements were extremely easy and the options were immense. She was prompt with her arrival and the food was served on time The best part was obviously the food. The salad was great. Her sweet potato biscuits were bomb.com! The southern smothered lobster tails were seasoned well and delicious. The main pasta with shrimp and sausage tasted great. We finished with a roasted marshmello chocolate mousse. Would definitely recommend Chef Danielle and can't wait for the next event!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Danielle. She's incredibly professional and so easy to work with! We hired her services for an Afternoon Tea Party for a not-for-profit event. She was super helpful in coming up with a menu that suited our needs and our budget. In terms of communication, Danielle was super responsive, friendly, and organized from start to finish. For the event, our crowd had several dietary restrictions (halal/kosher/veggie preferences) and she accommodated them all! Her extensive menu was served on a number of cute trays and the guests loved the variety of options. I'm already in the midst of planning another event and you can bet I won't look any further than Danielle's culinary skills. If you're looking for a caterer who is professional, reasonable, and just all out amazing- hire Danielle. Trust me, every dish is executed with such detail that your guests will be beyond impressed!

I had one Zoom call with Francesco prior to the event, and he assured me that it would be a unique, dynamic experience and that everything would go well. He is such a warm and welcoming person and I completely trusted him-- which I'm glad I did. The event was chaotic due to the number of people, but they handled it with grace and made everything fun. We had applause break out a few times-- when does that happen with adults? Not often. But they really liked making pasta and I was here for it. Because we had the event outside at Coastal Roots Farm in January, it was a bit chilly. But both Julia at the farm and the whole Cucina Migrante team pivoted well and made the best of the whole experience. I really liked that this felt like an experience and not a class. It felt fun and not forced. AND it was delicious. I think that's what you can expect from this company, so I highly recommend them.

Everyone had the best time, and the food was incredible. Chef Teri was super responsive from my first email, and she made the booking process easy. I had my team peruse sample menus on the Eatsies site, and we landed on grilled flatbreads with homemade ricotta and strawberry napoleon. The grilled flatbreads can be done with figs, but they weren't in season, so Chef Teri instead showed us how to make the delicious Piatti's garlic dip. Chef arrived with everything we needed (all ingredients as well as equipment). She started off the class by showing us some basic knife skills, and she shared good stories, tips, and tricks throughout the entire lesson. She was great about ensuring each of us got to try out every step so that we would really learn how to make each recipe. The combo of the grilled flatbread with the homemade ricotta (SO good!) and the garlic dip (almost like a chimichurri) was scrumptious! The strawberry napoleon was fun to assemble, beautiful, and delicious. That vanilla lemon whipped cream was *chef's kiss! We all got to enjoy the fruits of our labor right then, and we had some leftovers to send home with people. I think each of us have already made at least one of the recipes again already. The garlic dip is also an excellent marinade on any kind of meat. The entire experience was just perfect. Teri is incredibly fun and engaging, she makes recipes and techniques easy to understand and execute on, and the final product was so good. We will absolutely do more with Chef Teri in the future, and I would recommend Eatsies to everyone!

I was extremely disappointed we didn't actually cook anything. Everyone was very nice but my expectations for a $100 + cooking class per person were not met considering we didn't cook anything. I was handed a packet with all the recipes for the food we were "making". The first recipe was the crab rangoon except all we did was stuff the wonton wrappers and actually put it together. Same with the bao buns. At no point were the porcupine meatballs even a thing. They were made prior, mentioned, and put on our plates. Everything was made in advance. So I paid to fill wonton wrappers and get printed out recipes I could find online. Also, we weren't even going to get to stuff the bao buns. They were going to have a group of people do each thing - 1 to stuff the buns and the other crab Rangoon except I said I wanted to do the buns too so everyone got to do a couple. Honestly the food was bland except for the bao buns. I won't be using their recipes. Truely disappointed and feel like I was swindled out of money. They should be more forthcoming about what this "cooking class" entails. It's not actually cooking.
