The class was well organized and the chef instructor and assistants made sure everyone's dish was prepared and cooked to perfection. I did get a chance to sample the pasta course and it was excellent. This is a great date/family night, or Corp outing experience. Do take some time to browse the store. Sur La Table has high end kitchenware and cooking tools. So, why not a 5-star review? Well half way through the class we were informed that only one of us could be in the class area. The space was generous in size; parking was free and there was plenty of parking. The space is light and airy; the bathroom is spotlessly clean. My guests and the catering staff were raving about how great the venue was. The rental process was very easy and the rates very reasonable.
