They were friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely committed to helping customers. Despite an extremely busy shop, they remained calm, courteous, and respectful with everyone. When my vehicle wasn't ready at the original estimated time, they took the time to explain the delay and sincerely apologized. At no point did they seem frustrated or dismissive. Instead, they continued treating every customer with patience and kindness. I also remember Tony helping me tremendously with a battery issue about seven months ago. He may not remember me, but I certainly remember his exceptional service. Tony and Norvel are a credit to Costco. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to customers make a lasting impression. Thank you both for a job well done.
