Truly excellent dinner - food was exquisite, presentation was first rate. Would highly recommend for any private party

We had the absolute pleasure of having Chef Bruno Wu cook for us in our home, and it was quite possibly the best meal I have ever had! Every dish was incredible--from the fried deviled eggs, potstickers, and fried shrimp with goat cheese to the perfectly cooked miso sea bass, wasabi mashed potatoes, and green beans. And to top it all off, a decadent dark chocolate cake with homemade vanilla bean ice cream! Chef Bruno not only prepared everything to perfection, but he also took the time to explain each dish, some of which were his own family recipes. The timing of the meal was flawless, and he left the kitchen even cleaner than when he arrived. If you're looking for a unique and unforgettable dining experience, I highly recommend Chef Bruno Wu! read more

Chef Bruno was the highlight of our group vacation in Siesta Key, Florida! He prepared a beautiful dinner for a large group of friends and family, and each course was absolutely mouthwatering. We enjoyed light bites followed by a three-course meal that was out of this world. Chef Bruno was extremely professional and was able to accommodate some last-minute additions we had. Even our youngest guest at two years old was raving over the food. 10/10 recommend hiring Chef Bruno for your next event, family gathering or special occasion. You won't be disappointed. read more

Chef Bruno is fantastic. exceptional chef. on time. prepared. gracious. cleans up before leaving! great dude.

We hired Chef Bruno for a special family dinner during our vacation in Siesta Key, Florida, and he truly delivered a gourmet experience. The food was fabulous, the presentation was beautiful, and everything he prepared was absolutely delicious. From the very beginning, Chef Bruno made the entire process effortless. During the planning stages, he asked thoughtful questions about our family -- their likes, dislikes, and what we were in the mood for -- and then crafted a fresh, perfectly balanced menu. His selection of appetizers, salads, mains, and desserts satisfied everyone at the table. He visited Walt's Seafood that morning to pick up the freshest fish for our entrée and ceviche, both of which were huge hits. Every side dish and every sauce complemented the meal beautifully, making each course feel complete and memorable. To top it all off, the kitchen was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. Chef Bruno didn't just cook us dinner -- he created an unforgettable experience for our family. read more

Chef Bruno was FANTASTIC!!! FIVE STARS!!! The entire experience from start (ordering/menu setting) to clean up was exceptional. Now the good stuff, the seafood focused menu with a few add-ons for a few kids, was absolutely delicious. Crab cakes & tostada ceviche, all freshly made, amazing! Salmon, brussel sprouts, au gratin, mac n cheese/chix fingers (for the kids), all perfectly made!!! Dessert, creme brûlée, homemade and delicious!! All in all, a truly wonderful experience for my family vacationing in Siesta Key... we travel quite a bit all over the place, and this was an amazing treat for my entire family!!! Thank you, we'll indeed return for another delicious, perfect, personal chef meal.... read more

Chef Bruno was absolutely excellent! He put on an amazing Italian dinner for us in Anna Maria Island for my future sister-in-law's bachelorette weekend! The five of us ladies indulgedand enjoyed on the freshest of homemade focaccia breads, meatballs, Caprice salad and arguably the best chicken parmesan we've ever had! Not only was the food amazing, but Chef Bruno was very engaging with us teaching us his different cooking techniques and sharing with us about his own journey in cooking. We loved it! read more

Chef Bruno cooked for 14 of us while on vacation in AMI. We had the miso grouper and sous vide filet with leek risotto and asparagus as our main course. It was incredible! We started with scallops and kimchi deviled eggs. They were also incredible! And I am a big scallops person-- these were delicious. This is the second time we've used Chef Bruno and we were just as pleased the second time, as we were the first! He left the kitchen cleaner than he found it and brings everything he needs. He is extremely customer focused and creates a personalized menu for you and your guests. This time we did a family style serving instead of a plated dinner to make it a little more affordable. I cannot say enough positive things about Chef Bruno and our two wonderful experiences with him! read more

Our family hired Bruno for a very intimate wedding dinner. He was extremely responsive to emails, our requests and the very short timeframe we had to plan and execute the event. He was easy to work with, understanding and planning a menu around adventurous eaters as well as extremely picky eaters. Every aspect of the dinner was a 5 star experience. From the table scape, meal and dessert it felt like the very best experience for the entire family. The food was so so so good. We opted for a more comfort focused menu and the entire party stuffed themselves with all the items (and the rolls! Oh my gosh those Parker house rolls!!). There wasn't a single moment of the entire dining experience that wasn't perfection. We cannot recommend him enough. He truly was worth the money it was an experience we will never forget. If your on the fence, just book him already! Also get the rolls. Oh those buttery, salty rolls. I wish I had taken photos of the food but we could not wait to eat it. When we return to Siesta Key we will absolutely book Bruno again. You are worth having this dining experience once in your life! (I'm hoping for it to happen at least twice!) read more

My wife and I recently celebrated the 50th anniversary of our we meeting. We decided it would we would be better off celebrating that anniversary than waiting for 50th wedding anniversary as we might be too old to remember it ! Nonetheless, a friend recommended Chef Bruno Wu l to cook and prepare a special dinner for 14 of our closest friends. He and my wife worked out the menu, and from there it was quite a journey. I must say that he arrived on time at 1:30 in the afternoon, with a truck containing extra tables, chairs, plates, silverware etc. so we could enjoy our dinner outside in warm the weather. From that point on, we left him alone while he toiled in our kitchen nonstop for almost 9 hours. He made fresh focaccia for our before dinner cocktails and other appetizers we had ordered, including one of his signature dishes, deep fired "Deviled Eggs" with Kimchee... very special and outstanding! The Filet roast entrée, vegetables, pasta side dishes, as well as his dessert were all freshly prepared and over-the-top. I can't tell you how much we not only enjoyed this food, but also his warm and engaging personality. After our final guests had left, Mr. Wu t packed up everything and left as if he had never been there. It was on an amazing experience. We won't hesitate to hire him again. If you're having a private dinner for small group of people, I can't imagine a better Chef to prepare your feast at a reasonable price and outstanding quality. read more

Hiring Chef Bruno was amazing! From the start we we're looking at a few Chef's however it was Chef Bruno's amazing service level that set him apart from everyone else and made him an easy choice for our event. Chef Bruno was so helpful at putting a menu together for us that went above and beyond our expectations, he answered a million questions and easily put any worries I had to rest. Bruno showed up early, set up, and immediately started to make the party goers go WOW each time they tried a dish Bruno put out. All night everyone came up to me and expressed how much they loved every single dish that was put out and everyone wanted to know WHERE DID WE FIND CHEF BRUNO! The food was phenomenal, everything was catered to our taste and modified to perfection. Did I mention that Bruno even put a signature cocktail together for all of our guest. 5 star service while remaining very down to earth and wonderful to be around. Chef Bruno prepared a fantastic meal (and experience) for a birthday celebration at the beach. On the front end he was communicative and flexible and we agreed to a menu a few days before the event. We had a vegetarian in the group and her meal was anything but an afterthought - she loved it all (for example, one hors d'oeuvre was a spicy tuna tartar tostado and he made a vegetarian version with tomatoes that looked just like the tuna). We enjoyed a delicious meal, including surf and turf with an Asian twist and a specialty cocktail. Bruno was professional, fun and friendly and knew how to read the crowd.
