I just couldn't trust that we'd be in a location as cute as La Cuisine. So I decided to book with them since Yelp has such cute pictures of the inside.. my only worry was the very few reviews. But I took that chance and when we arrived everything looked exactly what people posted on here..but even cuter! Chef Paru & Sophia were so welcoming and per the group - they were both attentive but also giving us enough space to try on our own. Also, didn't realize my cutting technique was wrong until taking this class haha! I rarely cook, but now I know going forward! On to today, We were greeted with a friendly hello by team members at the cashier area. As we were lookin through the novelty area, we were asked was there anything that we needed, we smiled and said thank you, no. Two minutes later, there were associates hovering around us as if we were going to scurry away with the miniature animals and or the pocket sized note pads. It was totally obvious that they were suspicious of us, and that made me feel completely uncomfortable. Because there are several items listed on my list to purchase for a few privately taught students, I felt as though my money would be better spent elsewhere. There is an atmosphere of "unwanted" in this specific location, I felt it before but ignored it. This time I cannot, therefore I will not return nor recommend it to friends, family or social media. Corporate, please find a better way to police your customers, not one "group" but all who enter.
