In addition, we appreciated the care and attention given to our family members' food allergies. It was a wonderful evening! We know that preparing food in one kitchen at our location and serving it in another was challenging for Chef and his assistant. We realized we should have added another assistant to make that process more efficient. However it didn't detract from our experience. We highly recommend GMarket Chef and will definitely use them again in the future.

Every dish was prepared with great attention to detail, helping us highlight our products exactly as intended. Their support went far beyond simply preparing and delivering food. What impressed us most was Frank and his team's expertise, professionalism, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities in managing large-scale sample preparation while seamlessly coordinating through the many complexities that come with a major industry event. We are incredibly grateful for their partnership and would highly recommend Gmarket Chefs to any company looking for a catering team that delivers not only excellent food, but also true operational support and collaboration at future trade shows.

Chef Katie is FANTASTIC! My brother gifted me one of her in-home cooking classes, and we had the…read moremost wonderful night getting to know her, learning new recipes and (of course) eating the delicious meal she curated specifically for our group of four. Starting with our initial email exchange about food preferences, allergies and many, many menu ideas, and extending beyond the class to follow-up restaurant and recipe recommendations, the entire experience with Chef Katie was easy, effortless and fun. Everything felt accessible; communicating with Katie felt like chatting with an old friend, the recipes were as realistic as they were delicious -- meaning, we'll actually make them on a weeknight since they don't take hours to prep/use obscure ingredients -- and there was nothing stuffy or transactional about having a professional chef teach a class in our home. No doubt, Katie is as professional as they come. What's more, though, is she is a genuinely good human and a joy to be around. I couldn't recommend the cooking class experience more, and I look forward to doing it again soon!

My family has been working with Chef Katie for about a year now. I originally reached out after I…read morehad my third baby. My husband and I were in a routine of serving a "kid dinner" (e.g. chicken nuggets) for our kids and ordering takeout for ourselves. I wanted to sit down for family dinners, but I could not figure out how to work full-time, take care of my kids after school/work, and make healthy family dinners. Enter Chef Katie... our routines completely shifted with her weekly meal delivery service. Everything is prepped and ready to go so all I have to do is heat everything up at dinner time. We now sit down for family dinners most nights, and we are all eating MUCH healthier. A year ago my husband was 10 lbs heavier than he has ever been in his life, I was carrying extra weight too (for obvious reasons). I've never cared much about the number on the scale - but I do care about feeling healthy. It is kind of crazy to fast forward to almost a year later. My husband lost those 10 lbs, I am down to my weight before I had ANY kids, and am reaching into my closet for things I haven't worn in years. And I feel like I have more energy now than I have had since before I had kids. I am just amazed by the impact of eating good, quality, healthy food. Thank you Chef Katie!

We ended up being only 5 minutes late, but Chef Titik was so welcoming. The only thing should have been a disclosure about having pets and potential allergies. She made us a welcome drink which was very tasty. She told us a little about herself and experience as a chef. We learned so much inclusive of knife sharpening techniques to how to properly cut fruits and vegetables, putting together seasoning, tips and tricks, and some facts about food. She even took photos of us and shared them. She made us feel like family at home having us over for dinner helping cook. It was such a memorable experience and so unique and perfect for my team. We all love food and travel so this is definitely one for the books. We all had a blast and would highly recommend.

Mok Gai (Steamed Chicken and Herbs in Banana Leaves) with Cabbage- 5/5 All of the flavors worked perfectly with each other and I paired it with homemade sticky rice to make it an even more authentic meal. Meat Sampler (Beef Jerky and Lao Sausage) with Jasmine Rice- 5/5 The flavors were so yummy! They each had their own personal flavor profile and each one was amazing on its own. Jeow Bong (Lao Dipping Sauce)- 10/5 Yes, a 10/5! Loved every bit of this sauce and dipped the meats and sticky rice in it, put it on my Jasmine rice, and ate it with my cabbage. It was just the perfect accompaniment to everything I ordered! This is a definite must-have!! All in all, they have found a lifetime customer in me. For someone who is missing homemade Lao foods but can't get to it where you are or just need a break in cooking, give them a try! It's cheaper and tastier than DoorDash!!

For the monthly special (Deep Fried Fish in a tomato sauce) they provide written instruction instructions. I signed up for the monthly subscription which include 3 meals which you can select yourself or let them choose. It's been a while so I picked my favorites- the sweet jerky meal, the pork noodles and the monthly special. As always it is fabulous. More to good news is that there are a number of lower carb options. You can get the jerky and spicy sausages without rice. Or the protein (chicken or fish ) steamed in banana leaves. Or the classic minced chicken salad. Or the spicy red curry. I was told that they specifically selected items that would travel and freeze well. They hit the mark. Over time I Have worked my way through almost the entire menu. I could personally vouch for other items that freeze and reheat well- sometimes better in the air fryer. So fingers crossed that we see the egg rolls and yellow potato curry on the menu soon. Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND
